Thankfully, Dr. Ozzie answered my call. She stayed on the phone with me for nearly 45 minutes, carefully listening as I explained what the ER had shared. She even texted me from her personal phone so I could send X-rays, reviewed them thoroughly, and provided a clear diagnosis along with thoughtful guidance on what to discuss with our pediatric orthodontist. Beyond that, she generously shared additional insights about children's breathing and what to address with our pediatrician before adult teeth come in. It was immediately obvious how knowledgeable Dr. Ozzie is - but even more evident is how much she genuinely cares about children and her work. What makes this experience so remarkable is that it was entirely over the phone: I had never met her, we didn't have an appointment, and this was simply a random emergency call to the first available pediatric dentist. Yet she treated us with incredible kindness, patience, and attention. I have never encountered a dentist like Dr. Ozzie. I only wish our insurance were in-network with her practice. I go get another one made this guy made a retainer to intentionally fffffff my teeth up. He wanted to put me on the invisiline plan. I have Perfect teeth. Don't trust this guy because now my bottom teeth are screwed up and I have to go pay someone else for another retainer then he said he lost my impressions when I came in to get them because I said I want my old dentist to make my retainers he's nothing but a liar!!! He charged me for his mistake remaking the retainer $100 that he made on purpose way too loose and the retainers they gavme go over my gums causing Gum recedent. Then he says I'm going to make another bottom one Because he made it so it pushed out my bottom tooth forward. They tried to charge me $100 and I walked out. He Quickly walked by when I said I wasn't paying for that like a little creep. Oldest sons been in braces for over nine years!!! Who is this guy

I have to call a second or third time before I get a call back. My biggest issue is when I was sent my trays for my Invisalign with no instructions. I had to call and ask how long to wear my last set of trays. I was not told that the last 2 pairs were the same and that one pair was an extra pair (incase I lost one pair). Now I have lost my final pair and if I want a replacement set I have to pay over $500 for replacement. If the communication were better, this situation would not be happening.

I started treatment at Danville Orthodontics when I was SIX years old. We were originally told treatment would happen in TWO phases and take around TWO years total. Instead, I ended up in braces for nearly EIGHT YEARS and my family spent close to TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. Throughout the process, there was little transparency about costs, timelines, or why additional treatment phases kept being added. Every time we thought we were finally nearing the end, there was suddenly another phase, another delay, or another expense with vague explanations attached to it. The final straw came when I was scheduled to get my braces removed on April 20th. At that point, I had been consistently wearing my rubber bands exactly as instructed, and Dr. Abar had even told me I was doing well. Then, out of nowhere, I was told I "wasn't wearing them enough," needed NINE MORE MONTHS of treatment, and would have to pay an additional $2,500. After hearing that, I decided to get a second opinion from another orthodontist. The difference was unbelievable. I was told my braces could come off in ONE MONTH, I could receive my retainers, and the entire remaining process would cost about $1,000 total -- with full transparency and no surprise fees. That second opinion completely changed how I viewed my experience here. Looking back, it genuinely feels like my treatment was dragged out far longer than necessary while my family continued paying thousands of dollars with no clear justification. If you are considering orthodontic treatment here, PLEASE do your research and get multiple opinions before committing. I would never want another family to go through eight years of unnecessary stress, endless appointments, and overwhelming costs the way mine did.
