Our experience at Crow Canyon Orthodontics has been outstanding! My son, Waylon, actually looks forward to his appointments and has loved getting his braces here. Dr. Arash is incredibly kind, patient, and friendly, and he always takes the time to make both kids and parents feel comfortable. What really stands out is that the entire staff mirrors his positive attitude. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family. I highly recommend Crow Canyon Orthodontics to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care. Thank you for making Waylon's braces journey such a positive experience! read more

I've been a patient here for about 4 years and, up until recently, I've generally had really good experiences. Unfortunately, my last two appointments have completely changed how I feel about this office. I'm currently going through Invisalign, and at one appointment I told them that my aligner was not fitting correctly. I felt rushed out and was told it would fix itself over time. It didn't. I dealt with weeks of discomfort, and at my next appointment they ended up having to remove a bracket just to get the aligner to fit properly. It was frustrating knowing I had brought up the issue weeks earlier and felt like my concern wasn't taken seriously. My most recent appointment was even more disappointing. I was already in pain because of cavities and repeatedly told the woman assisting the doctor that I was hurting. Instead of showing any concern, she seemed annoyed, rolled her eyes, and was extremely passive-aggressive with me. At the beginning of the appointment, she told me she would let the doctor know that I was still having an issue with my aligner. Toward the end, I realized she never told him. When I asked if the doctor was going to come check it, her response was, "You can wait if you want, but he's busy." After the appointment, I called the office to explain that I had a really bad experience and asked that I not be scheduled with that staff member again. The response was basically, "Okay, I'll let them know." No apology, no questions about what happened, and no concern about why a patient of four years was calling upset about their treatment. I understand that offices get busy, but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to be treated with respect and taken seriously when I'm in pain or when something with my treatment doesn't feel right. After being a loyal patient for four years, this experience was really disappointing read more

Great service and convenient appointments. Great option for my kids and their braces/Invisalign

We were referred to Dr. Arash but my daughters friends dad who is a dentist. After our initial consultation we knew this would be a great experience for my two kids. One child starting her second phase and the other with this first phase. After each consult I would ask my children if they liked the orthodontist and staff and that's how we would determine whether they would be a good fit for our family. So far I have nothing but positive things to say. They truly care about each of their patients and I'm notoriously a few minutes late and they are so understanding and accommodating. Just a great fun office. They definitely do a good job with telling the kids when they are a lacking in their hygiene which I appreciate because they listen to them read more

I came in as an adult patient looking for invisalign treatment. Dr. Arash and his staff (specifically Anabel) were so welcoming, organized, and transparent about the entire process. I was given treatment options, my questions were addressed immediately, and the billing process was seamless. Dr. Arash took the time to hear my concerns and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The office is conveniently located with plenty of parking and it is very clean with a calm aesthetic. I had zero issues scheduling appointments around my work schedule (they even called me with advanced notice when they needed to reschedule because my retainer hadn't arrived yet). I would highly recommend this office for anyone pursuing orthodontics treatment! My teeth look amazing now! read more

We have had a great experience with CC Orthodontics and Dr.Arash. My son needed braces for bite alignment, and we were recommended by our pediatric dentist in the same building. He was almost 9 getting them started, and was very nervous. The staff was all very attentive and helped him through! We love talking sports with Dr.Arash. Great office and very thorough with all details of treatments. read more

Dr. Arash and his office have been great for my daughter's orthodontic needs and for mine! I'm pleased with my result but also with the after care. As part of my treatment, they see both of us to be sure our retainers fit well and if we have movement after braces. It is easy to work with the office staff and get appointments and everyone is helpful and friendly. I will bring my other two children to him when they need their orthodontia done! read more

took my son to this place cause it is quote cheaper than other Doctors. While we are into treatment, the Dr. Arash told us, our son will need a 2nd phase and have some teeth exacted. Obvious, we were not happy with the news. After we completed the treatment from Dr. Arash, took our son to another orthodontic and they have to undo what Dr. Arash did to save the teeth that Dr. Arash said to take out. Basically there was no need to do 2nd phase or take out the teeth if it was done properly in the first phase. Lesson learn, do not go here due to the lower cause. Save time, money and Kid's pain by avoiding this place. read more

after i gave them my money, communication, help, customer service became nonexistent. nobody cares to help when any other office would be on it. constanly being ignored and treated like i don't matter and my concerns are an inconvenience for the staff. once they got my money, clearly they didnt care anymore. the front desk staff are rude and ruined the experience for me read more

Went through the process and boom 2 years later I came back always felt comfortable there never met a dentist office so clean quite well until I come (I'm the life of the party ) lol. Receptionist are so kind the dental assistants are a pleasure to be around and Doc Ash man who could ask for a better doctor who puts his patient's first who listens to ask a question he's willing to answer with no hesitation. I appreciate going here because I know that I'm going to have that perfect smile that I always wanted at the end of this journey. So I recommend you come here the best place to be if you want what's best for your smile/teeth. Love always Markquise R. read more

Dr. Arash saved literally saved my life. Let me explain. I got my braces put on with him about 2 years ago at my local dentist office. He promised me then my braces would be off well before my wedding. (8/8/20) everything was going according to schedule and then...covid hits. My dentist office closes down and I'm left out to figure out my braces on my own. Thankfully I was able to find Dr. A's own personal practice! I contacted them and he remembered my situation and set me up the rest of my appointments with him over there. My braces came off two weeks before my wedding and I was good to go! Now I said in the beginning Dr Arash saved my life...I was not lying. My wife assured me if I showed up with braces to our wedding I would not make it passed the ceremony. If you're married or getting married you know how scary the bride can be. (Obviously I'm being a lil dramatic here, but enjoy the laugh.) Needless to say, thank you to Dr. Arash and the team over there! Highly recommend them for their personal care for each individual they come across and love they so clearly have for what they do. They took care of me and my teeth for two years and I couldn't have been in better hands. Thank you. read more

For years I have been wanting to get braces to get that perfect smile, but I was scared to do it after terrible experiences with the dentist/ortho I had. After looking around for a couple of years, I finally found the right person. As soon as you walk-in to the office you get a relaxed and friendly environment. Dr. Arash is very professional, friendly, and honest. I love that he answers all my questions and concerns which makes the process so much easier. I commute all the way from San Francisco and I definitely don't mind the commute because I really love that he makes me feel comfortable and not tense like many other places I have visited. I was one of Dr Arash's first patients and had a great experience throughout the whole process. From the consultation through wearing the Invisalign Dr Arash always explained timing and how everything worked so I knew what to look for or catch if something was wrong between visits. He made sure my teeth moved in a timely manner but we didn't skip any steps to get that perfect placement. Anabel at the front desk made scheduling and emailing so easy since I was cooking from SF! I broke my fixed retainer while out of town and had to find an orthodontist to fix it. I started with Dr. Arash about a month ago, my son has teeth crowding and a severe overbite. My son might need teeth extracted but because I'd like to leave that as a last option we are trying treatment without the extraction for now. My son asked a ton of questions and Dr. Arash answered all of them, I don't know that I could been as patient as he has been. Dr. Arash and Anabel have been amazing to work, they are flexible, knowledge, friendly and open on Saturdays. I'm confident we selected the right ortho for Brandon. read more
