I purchased a $75 vaporizer as a gift and it never worked. It boiled the juice and spit it out, once burning the person who used it. The only thing they offered was a DISCOUNT on another vaporizer (they incorrectly assumed that I would ever spend another dollar in their store). When they still did not work I tried to return them for an exchange. The girl that worked at the shop said she couldn't do anything to help me. Five-star review, but the six-star definitely goes to customer service: amazing! Seriously, let me…read moresay it again: amazing customer service! This man truly goes above and beyond to help his customers find exactly what they're looking for. He has endless patience when we come in with 1,000 questions about every flavor of vape. He'll walk through them with us one by one, repeating names as many times as needed because, let's face it, sometimes we just can't make up our minds. His prices are the best I've found so far, and the Kadobar brand vapes are my absolute favorite. The grape Kool-Aid? Incredible! Right now, my go-to is the watermelon/bubblegum, which is always in my purse for a quick pick-me-up. And let's not forget about Bougie Blue Raz and the newest addition, Green Apple Jolly--such a fantastic range of flavors! So, to sum it all up: excellent customer service, unbeatable prices, a wide variety of flavors, and the rarest thing of all--a man with patience for women who can't make up their minds. If you're looking for a great vape experience, look no further!

FIRST REVIEW Not sure where it went but wanted to update…read more First visit was not very good. Was looking for specific products which they didn't carry and the person who was working may have been having a bad day. Wanted to post reviews on my visits after my first visit. SECOND REVIEW Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Atmosphere was very comfortable to ask advice on new products and general questions. They sell products for MTL, DL and new pod systems. So something for everyone from - trying to quit the analogs and vape to experienced vapors. Took one star off due to all the liquids offered only went to 6mg, which are generally used for sub ohm vaping. I prefer 12-18mg They do offer a nice selection of salt nic liquids at different strengths and flavors. Have been in a couple of times to pick up supplies when I didn't want to wait for an online order. Will continue to stop in for my vaping products.

Visited the store today, super impressed!…read more The guys working here really know what they're doing and take time to help the newbies out and still have intelligent conversation with the old timers. Looks like they are fully stocked, tons of different juices to choose from. From what I've read here everything is made locally in an FDA registered facility. That makes me feel a lot better about the vapor going into my lungs. Lots and lots of choices for batteries and different set ups. If you don't know what you're doing come spend time with the guys here and you will be educated by the time you leave. It's a comfortable inviting place to hang out and you can also learn a lot from the other customers. Will definitely return when I'm in this neck of the woods again.
