I wonder how many people don't check their credit card charges just to have this place skimming money from their tabs?

I stopped by the Alibi Aftermath for food recently and took a seat at the bar. A patron (who had a bit much to drink) was slurring wisecracks at the bartender, who was being a good sport. The place was moderately busy. I got an ice water and ordered the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders ($9.50 plus tax) and the Ziti with Meatballs ($15.99 plus tax), which came out together as requested, in about 15 minutes. The 7 breaded chicken tenders were small soft tender chicken strips coated in a garlic parmesan sauce, a bit salty tasting. The al dente ziti was smothered in a tomato sauce topped with ricotta cheese & mozzarella cheese and 2 homemade meatballs. While the meatballs were soft and very good, the ziti dish was very salty tasting. I also cut up most of the chicken tenders and ate with the ziti, both salty. I definitely needed the big ice water to wash down the aftertaste. After I was done, it took a bit to cash out since the bartender was taking care of patrons at the bar and at the tables.
