Oxyconton- It is never in stock and when I questioned why I was told it is backorder how ever it almost always is available the next day. If it is truly backorder rather than out of stock why is available the next day? This is only one of a myriad of issues I have with this pharmacy. At times the staff are unpleasant, particularly the pharmcists.

Okay, an inconvenience but we needed to have it delivered during a certain time or on a Friday since we both work over an hour from home. The customer service woman told us she would reach out to the appropriate department and get back to us about a special delivery. Days went by without hearing from them. We reached out numerous times via phone then email before finally getting an answer that we would have a Friday delivery. Once delivered, it was discovered after they had forgotten a back cushion. We contacted them to no avail. It took another 2 days to hear back before finally getting an answer that it would be delivered on their next visit to this area, but they didn't know when that would be. We reponded back asking to just have it left at the back door, but heard nothing. It took opening a claim against them with the furniture retailer to finally get an answer that it was coming on a Sunday. We just got home to the cushion at the wrong door. While it ultimately isn't a big deal, it just displays the lack of communication with this company. We would highly recommend NOT using First Class for any moving or delivery needs. They were extremely unreliable, and their communication was extremely subpar. We are happy with the sofa we received, but that falls on the retailer for their product and not the delivery process getting it to us. We will avoid them at all costs and we suggest you do the same.
