The day before the auction, the office manager closes the store early and blocked my final payment. No information about where the action was taken place was provided. Had I not requested the information, I would not have known. A review on line showed me the auction had began before the date provided to me. I was blocked from accessing the auction online and was only provided email approval after the action was completed. I called and left a message with a sales Rep to which no one responded. I had to call the store twice to get a response about my personal items. Today, the office manager hang up and me when I enquire about my personal items. After speaking with her, she sent me a letter and told me that they accepted the action bid and also that they will send me to collections and it will affect my credit. Scrap that, we did have a little bit of a discrepancy with the gas they marked the truck having versus the amount of gas the truck actually did have. But you cannot get something like that past my husband and he was able to get it fix it right away. We are not moving or anything we just wanted a truck to pick up some doors I order at Home Depot and other building materials that would have been too bulky for just a pick up, and Home Depot's truck rental is by the hour and there was absolutely no way we would've been able to get everything we needed in that little bit of time, so this worked out great. We actually kept the truck until the next day and bought some more stuff we needed in the morning. And a grand total was under $50. They have a lot of trucks. Chances are you will find what do you need available, and they also have a storage facility on the premises which I was told to tell everyone I know that the first month is free LOL The lady who helped us the day of the rental was very helpful, very informative,and very nice. I needed to check the cameras, I called on a Monday the lady said the manager was not there and I was going to get a phone call next day nothing. I called them again, same lady said oh yeah we will call you back nothing two weeks have passed I left a messages nothing, I went there on business hours about 2pm they had a sign saying they'll be back at 3, I went back nothing. No ones is helping me and my tools are lost.

They have damaged gates and I was a tenant for the last few years and they don't care one bit about their tenants More importantly they take no active concern for the security of your belongings. A few cameras that don't help much. The month of February 2019 they allowed theft and attempted theft of trailers and theft of lawn equipment and theft of Boats in all 3 of their lots on the same street every weekend with out notifying tenants that there is a problem and to take extra precautions. I have seen documented police reports from at least 9 of these thefts some going back a year or more. They also because of lack of concern in my opinion , allow for vandalism of your belongings on their property. They nonchalantly ask or not at all if you want to take out the insurance that they offer to protect your belongings however when you have an issue their insurance company denies paying your claim even when the crime is on camera and multiple times this has happened and I have seen written proof of that denial of responsibility. In my opinion I would think twice before renting at this poorly owned and managed cube smart. one star only because I was not able to post review unless I clicked a star otherwise none at all.

I would not recommend All My Sons Moving in Fort Lauderdale…read more My recent move with this company was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The lack of communication alone created unnecessary stress. The movers arrived late with no call, and when they finally showed up, they went to the wrong address--adding extra time to my bill for an error that was not mine. Once the move began, the issues continued. The crew did not use furniture pads and instead used tape in several instances, which resulted in a piece of my furniture being broken. They did not communicate the damage until the very end, and they left the broken item in the hallway of my apartment building. Because of this, my apartment complex charged me a fee for leaving damaged goods behind. Per my contract, the movers were supposed to pack the kitchen, but the crew was unaware of this and said they didn't have time to complete it. They were also contracted to disassemble and reassemble furniture; however, at the new location they were reluctant to reassemble anything, causing further delays and additional charges. Although they moved items down from a third-floor apartment, they refused to bring several pieces to the second floor of my townhome, leaving them on the first floor. I had to find additional help to get the furniture where it needed to go. No paperwork was completed on-site before the move began, and at the end I was only asked to initial one document. Even though payment had already been pre-authorized, I was required to provide my credit card information again over the phone. When the invoice finally arrived days later, the time listed was inaccurate and appeared to include the period when they were at the wrong address as well as a dinner break before delivering my furniture. This experience was unprofessional, costly, and stressful. Save your money and your peace of mind--look elsewhere for your move.
