I had to go back a few days later and found it very difficult myself, and a sign on the door said they'd return in an hour. It was 11:30am and I didn't have an hour to wait for someone to help me. Luckily after about 10 minutes of trying I was finally able to close it.

They don't even bother to post office hours on the door anymore, because they are NEVER there!! Twice now, my unit has had an "Over-lock" placed on it IN ERROR!! AGAIN, I can't get into my unit!! No one answers the phone, or returns phone calls. When they do respond by text, they lie, and say they'll come right away and take the lock off, but they don't show up!!! I have now waited nearly 2 hours and this little weasel hasn't shown up. The home office says there's nothing more they can do, and that he's not answering his phone any more. They have reached out to Giovanni, and the District Manager, Michael Hills, and asked them to call me, but i haven't heard a peep! I need to get into my unit before tomorrow when i need to leave on an emergency flight to care for my former husband, who has cancer, and they could not care less about that!!

We arrived on time to pick up our scheduled rental, but were directed to go through an endless gauntlet of BS on the buggy Uhaul app. App is extremely user-unfriendly and contradictory - except for the part where $19.99 turns into over $100 with extra fees, it sure did that efficiently enough. The vehicle warned that there was an issue with the tire pressure safety system, we brought this to the attention of the attendee and was told that this was normal as the sensor must have fallen off. He then kicked the rear tire in question and told us that it would be fine and to "have fun!" and reminded us to 'drink plenty of water.' Uhaul's system attempted to gaslight us by sending a text message 'reminding' us of our scheduled time to return the truck - 5 hours early. We confirmed in the app that the text message was wrong, but upon dropoff (another half hour and horrid experience out in the freezing cold), it tried to bump up the charge. Attendant said that we were either late, over mileage, or had not fully filled the gas; all three of which were untrue. I recommend trying another company. If you are forced to rent from this location, take note: when they ask if they can introduce you to the app, you should probably say 'no, I don't have a smartphone'. You may save yourself a migraine.

Returned a truck to this location during business hours but none of the employees could be bothered…read moreto handle the return. We sat in the vehicle and waited for an employee to come out and handle the return as the sign instructed us to do. Two employees stood in front of the truck having a spirited conversation and ignoring us until after ten minutes they walked inside the building leaving us there. Since none of the employees seemed to be interested in handling the turn-in, we used the app and did the after hours return. Once we completed the after hours turn-in, we were prompted to move the truck out of the turn-in lane and park in the lot, then take a picture to upload it into the app. Instead, I walked inside where four employees were standing around as one customer was walking out. I tossed the keys on the counter and commented about how busy they were and thanked them for leaving us out there unattended to. One of the employees who was outside gabbing with his buddy for ten minutes said they were very busy. Clearly they couldn't be bothered to attend to customers trying to turn a truck in.

Two gaming chairs were broken (they do not sit up any longer), a table was put together without the support beams and all the screws were missing, a gaming desk was dragged against our hardwood floors, leaving deep scratches, and not put together correctly leaving it completely unsupported, an heirloom table was smashed and hidden behind boxes stacked six feet high, a hole was gauged into a wall, and our kitchen table was damaged. I have provided documents showing this is over $4000 worth of damage to my home and possessions. Again, extra insurance up to $5000 was purchased by me through All my Sons, and my claim was sent to Ace W, who sent me a claim form addressed to another of their clients! So now I have all this client's information and they have mine. Ace Ward decided the 4000$ in damages was worth $950 but immediately revoked the form once sending it to me. Please take this as your warning to never use this company. I don't understand the utter disregard for documentation provided by their clients. This on top of sending my private information to another client and sending another clients info to me!
