This company does not care and manages to raise the original price of the move once they have all your stuff loaded on their truck so you have to agree to the terms. Did they move our items from California to Colorado? Yes but damaged, squished boxes and nothing was reassembled as they told me it would be. They jacked us and after filing a complaint with Wells Fargo trying to get some of our money back, got denied as Next Stop dotted their i's and crossed their t's to make sure they go paid. Please find a better company to move your stuff. They don't care about you, only your money.

I finally demanded they take my credit card as agreed to originally. then they texted me stating my cc company does not allow foreign transactions. when I started questioning why this would be a foreign transaction and demanding to speak with the owner, they finally ran my cc as a regular transaction. When my belongings finally arrived (late), it was just the driver and a "guy" they hired to help. Almost every box and nearly every piece of furniture had sometime of damage, as well as two pieces of furniture missing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! I highly recommend to come here, great service and great staff :)

Now, he's gone, but I smile each time I go to the shed or pass by on IH35! Rhonda has always taken very his care of us. She calls when I've forgotten to pay a month, and takes care of it instantly with my info. She cares and asks about me and my family. She sends emails to keep me up to date with changes as the city of Georgetown worked on their street entrance (now finished) and assisted and directed me in getting there after all that construction! The grounds are always clean. When I'm hot (or cold) the office has heat and a/c. The bathroom is clean and accessible when the office is open! Definitely consider this unit! I'm all the way over in Leander, but it's worth the short drive for service and price!
