I was also told they had wardrobe boxes so my clothes could stay on their hangers. To save money I packed everything else myself and only wanted them for the larger furniture. It was almost an all day move because they were so slow. I was shocked to be told I owed about $400 more than my original quote. I was informed that wrapping my dressers counted as extra materials and that the wardrobe boxes were additional charges. None of those extra costs were clearly explained when those services were recommended. my mom questioned the charges, and they eventually waived those fees. Even using their truck to move across town, I ended up paying around $1,100, which I felt was fair once the unexpected charges were removed. I called them today for another move coming up and left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be using this company ever again. I called for a quote to move literally two doors down within my apartment complex. I didn't even need a moving truck, yet I was quoted over $800. During the call, the representative repeatedly placed me on hold to "speak with a manager," only to return saying it was already a great deal. When I pointed out that my previous move across town cost nearly the same amount, I was told they had "squeezed me in" before and that summer pricing was higher. This didn't make sense given the size and distance of this move. I contacted another moving company and received a quote of $300 for the exact same job. Between the ridiculous charges during my first move and the dramatically inflated quote for this one, I can't recommend All My Sons. I understand moving costs vary, but transparency and fair pricing are important, and I ultimately found much better value elsewhere.

The crates are extremely sturdy and have great handholds, allowing you to really load them up, and the accompanying roller boards are very useful as well. I didn't get a receipt and my package wasn't scanned correctly by them. 3 weeks went by and it never showed up to the destination and the tracking number was never activated because it never left their store. They looked through their documents but mysteriously was no tracking number for that day. Viewing their records my tracking number was the only 1 missing from that day. They still never found it and I lost $500 worth of valuables. It was a horrible experience. I wish I went to an actual shipping source store and not this access point. I lost irreplaceable valuables by shipping with this access point. My experience has been better going to an actual Shipping location, not an access point like this where you will be better insured in case something does happen. You are covered if damage or theft happens because other shipping sources like drugstores- Walgreens accept FEDEX drop offs and CVS accepts UPS drop and give text confirmation! Every item even valuable and breakable items arrived in perfect condition. He met us in San Fransisco 5 days later and him and two others unloaded all our boxes and assembled any dissassembled items.
