Upon vacating, of the FIVE light fixtures in the hallway where our unit was located, 1.5 light fixtures were operational. Other hallways at this location are in the same type of disrepair. In addition, the manager chose to not have us complete a vacating form although it still states on the exit gate that one must do so before vacating; nor was she willing or able to prorate for the month with 20 days left. We have attempted for the last 2 years to see that this lighting issue was resolved, not just for us but for other renters as well. We surely cannot be the only renters that would have liked to be able to see inside their unit without a flashlight. Renters beware.

Finally contacted customer service who said a regional mgr would reach out. 3 weeks later and STILL NOTHING.
