It is now October, and we have vacated the storage location at 3820 Harvey Road in College Station…read more While the immediate manager appears to have attempted to resolve the lighting issues, (see previous review 9/2/2024) I can only assume that the upper management of this company has complete and total disregard for the quality and appearance of their facility. Upon vacating, of the FIVE light fixtures in the hallway where our unit was located, 1.5 light fixtures were operational. Other hallways at this location are in the same type of disrepair. In addition, the manager chose to not have us complete a vacating form although it still states on the exit gate that one must do so before vacating; nor was she willing or able to prorate for the month with 20 days left. We have attempted for the last 2 years to see that this lighting issue was resolved, not just for us but for other renters as well. We surely cannot be the only renters that would have liked to be able to see inside their unit without a flashlight. Renters beware.
