First and for…read moremost, if there is more than 5 people in here, the place is packed. and everytime I've walked in here,the establishment seemed to be under construction. the air filtration system is horrible. I can compare it to smoking a cigar in my car. I live less than quarter mile from here, and I'd rather drive 5 miles away to get a cigar then from here. this spot is my emergency stash. the owner does not believe in buybacks or throwing you an extra bone for being a patron. I have to go through a few cigars too find a good cigar. the issues can range from the cigar not being wrapped to tight or too many vains. I can never get an evening burn when I pull on the cigar. Nothing here is premium, all are straight Dominican. I laugh every time I go to get a cigar from here bcz some of the cigars are cases in glass jars with a fasting lid for air quality within the humidor room. Deepening on where you or your ability to travel, just look a my profile and compare some of the other stops I've reviewed. Let this place be you last resort.

I purchased a battery from here after the last battery I purchased broke. I took it home and…read morecharged it and put in the cartridge that I had been using in another battery. Once the battery did not appear to take a charge I put my working cartridge in and after a series of button presses realized it did not work. I went out and came home to my cartridge being burst and leaking inside the battery. I called and explained what happened and asked for a replacement. Once I was able to come back the owner but a cartridge in and blew smoke to prove it worked. But then was neither willing to exchange or even take ownership for the fact that his battery broke my cartridge. Not to mention the battery I got before also broke. I would not recommend shopping at this shop.

I get a email saying a ticket has been generated with USPS to ship you order and two weeks later…read morethe order still hasn't been picked up by the USPS. I reply to the email address they listed for questions and have not received a response. The order I'm waiting on was placed the next day after a previous order which was picked up the same day the shipping ticket was generated. Make it make sense! Guess I'll stick with our other vendors who value customer service!
