I get a email saying a ticket has been generated with USPS to ship you order and two weeks later…read morethe order still hasn't been picked up by the USPS. I reply to the email address they listed for questions and have not received a response. The order I'm waiting on was placed the next day after a previous order which was picked up the same day the shipping ticket was generated. Make it make sense!
