Went in other day because I had good luck buying CBD vape cartridges elsewhere in the city and wanted to try someplace closer to home. Went in and asked what they had, got a pretty standard "we have this this and this" and storekeep really didn't have any opinions on which ones to buy. Didn't know prices either. Picked one and tried at home for a day. Awful stuff. Felt like I was huffing burnt plastic and lighter fluid. Oil was leaking out of the tank. Felt no discernable benefit and got a slight headache everytime I used it. I Have not had this experience with other cartridges and have never felt like it was shredding my lung tissue before. Took back to store because this product was of low or defective quality. Was told no refund and no exchanges because I'd already used it. Yeah, how else was I going to find out it was cooking oil? Place is just a mediocre run of the mill New York smoke shop -- maybe one step above the bodega -- and should probably stay away from selling products they haven't researched. Especially if it could damage the health of their clientele.

Hands down my new favorite vape shop in all of NYC. The store is kept really organized, it's not one of those shops where you'll encounter tons of vape-bros puffing cloud after cloud, distracting whoever is at the counter and keeping you from receiving service. Whenever I'm in, it's usually Ray behind the counter and he does nothing but provide the best white glove service. Quick, prompt, and has a great personality. I've been to numerous vape shops around the city over the years which you can see in my past reviews, famed ones as VapeNY or chain ones like Beyond Vape. I've used them over the years, not my choice but more of less competition in those years. The times has changed now. None of the other locations come close to here, so if you happen to be around the way and need some new vape gear, really consider on stopping here first. .

Once I was able to come back the owner but a cartridge in and blew smoke to prove it worked. But then was neither willing to exchange or even take ownership for the fact that his battery broke my cartridge. Not to mention the battery I got before also broke. I would not recommend shopping at this shop.

Many times when you enter the store, the first thing you notice is the foul smell of cigarettes. Certainly enough to ruin an appetite, and no need to stick around when you can get the exact same items at a handful of stores within 1 or 2 blocks! This business opened in Fall 2015 and while the neighborhood had absolutely no need for another deli/hookah shop, I supported this business. I choose to spend my money on independently owned business instead of chain stores and restaurants in the neighborhood, but I can no longer support this place.
