(Receipt enclosed). When I asked why the prices differentiated they said it was taxes. So my question is, then why are taxes also appearing on the bottom of the receipt? Am I paying double tax? Overall, it would have been a couple of dollars difference between the credit card and taxes but it's the lack of transparency and dishonesty. Regardless of the food, if I can't trust a business then they don't deserve MY business.

We weren't even there for 15 minutes. When we asked about security camera footage that might help identify who did this, we were told the cameras don't work. Let that sink in. A high-traffic tourist destination with non-functional security cameras and apparently zero deterrent for criminals who clearly know this area is an easy target. This isn't a random isolated incident -- this is a known problem and the owners have done nothing meaningful to protect their customers. Working cameras, security presence, adequate signage warning visitors of the risk -- none of it. Just a cute fruit stand with a dangerous parking lot and zero accountability. (To be fair, the employees seemed remorseful, and gave us some trash bags and tape to cover the window.) Save yourself. Buy your fruit somewhere else. No smoothie is worth what this visit cost us.
