I've used Smoke & Spice for two family events now and will continue to do so because they are the best! Their food is ridiculously good and their customer service unmatched. We ordered the Brisket, Pulled Chicken, Roasted Root Vegetables, Tri-Color Pasta Salad, and Cornbread and absolutely everything was raved about. As far as the ordering process and delivery, everything was done a smoothly and with great attitude. I placed my order over the phone with Ingrid and received constant communication from her and/or Mark regarding my order. Delivery was on time and food was piping hot. Food was set up by Mark and ready to eat. And EAT we did! Highly recommend Smoke & Spice for all your catering needs. The food is delicious and the service Five star. read more

I used this company for a business event. The amount of food that was delivered was not nearly enough. The owner, VP and a few others didn't get to eat. It was incredibly embarrassing. They said that they outsourced my event to someone else. I will never use them again ! read more

Loved everything about them. Easy to set up and specify what we needed and communicate with management. At the event, the servers and bartenders arrived on time and were VERY helpful and hardworking. They went above and beyond and took initiative. I had never worked with caterers before, and i was amazed at how much they actually did for the party. We really loved the crew we got, they were so kind. They made hosting a party so much easier for me. And to top it off, all of the food was well presented, hot and delicious! All the guests were very impressed. Will definitely hire them again! read more

Couldn't not get anyone to provide me with food samples for my event. Did not make me feel like I was a valued potential customer. I offered to drive out of my way multiple times to meet with them and constantly got stood up.. not the kind of company I want to trust for my big event. read more

Smoke and Spice catered our son's rehearsal luncheon on March 23rd, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about the food. We ordered the jalapeno meatballs (wow!), pulled pork, smoked bbq chicken, mild chipotle potato salad (OMG!!!), baked beans, mac 'n cheese, and cornbread, and it was ALL delicious. The portions were generous and many of our guests had second helpings. The customer service was also wonderful! Ingrid is incredibly helpful, professional and easy to work with. She made the whole process seamless. The food was delivered on time and hot. I will be using them again, and I've recommended Smoke and Spice to my friends and family. read more

At the firm they get this delicious BBQ catered food from smoke and spice. I have never been to the actual restaurant but if I am ever in the area I would! I have had a variety of all their menu items and I have no complaints! Everything is tasty and very filling. The BBQ ribs are tender and taste good. The bread is moist not dry. The brisket is juicy with a nice smoky flavor and crisp outer layer Mashed potatoes are full of flavor and have a similarity to the taste of the ones from Cheesecake Factory. The house salad was very good with blue cheese and candied nuts is great. read more

Hands down Miami's best caterer. I was at a party catered by this company and I was just blown away by the quality and taste of the food I was served. Every bite was better than the next. The presentation was creative and modern, I even remember watching a passed hor d'oeuvre go around the room in awe of how it was displayed. Luckily I didn't let too many go by without trying one (or two). The owner Mark was relaxed and smiling throughout the affair. These guys are top-notch and I will definitely be calling them for my next party. read more

Our company has the privilege of having a team that values their professional relationships, and we were introduced to this company from one of our all-star team members. From the menu planning, delivery, execution and overall quality--- this company EXCEEDED the expectations of our staff and our guests! We heard NON-STOP compliments about how delicious all of the main entrees and sides were. We are wondering why we didn't call them sooner!! Don't delay-- phenomenal quality and service and value! We chose Smoke and Spice to cater the barbecue for my son's camp-themed birthday party and we are SO THRILLED we did! I've worked with a number of caterers in the past but this was by far the most pleasant, reliable smoothest and professional transaction I've ever experienced! Their menu offerings are vast and everything is delicious. I plan to continue working with them and referring them to anyone who asks me for a caterer. HATS OFF to Ingrid and Mark Rogers for running your business so well! Thank you for exceeding our expectations! read more

BBQ? Not your daddy's backyard BBQ. This is competition circuit, high quality, gourmet BBQ that is classy & classic at the same time! Let's start with the brisket that's smoked for over 20 hours to perfection, with juicy tenderness that features the natural flavor of the beef and had smoke & seasoning as accents. A good brisket should have a slight pull to it yet still be firm tender. Mark's brisket passes both the flavor and the texture tests! Moving onto the ribs, Mark uses a sweet yet slightly tangy flavor profile and cooks the ribs to perfection. Ribs should NOT be fall-off-the-bone, yet they should be tender enough to take a nice bite out of without tugging. This middle ground is tough to achieve, and Mark NAILS IT! Again, the natural flavor of the pork is center stage, with supporting cast of smoke and unique flavor comments. BBQ pulled chicken? This is one of the most underused meats in great BBQ, and Mark shows why it's one of his best kept secrets. The chicken was tender, juicy, and packed with flavors that made me want an endless plate of the stuff! Lastly, his pulled pork was simple and delightful. Too many chefs overwhelm pork with flavors that bury the natural goodness of the meat. Not Mark-- there's just enough Smoke & Spice to bring out the best of the natural flavor! On a side note, I highly recommend a good helping of his potato salad. I've been known to be anti-potato salad, but he won me over with blend of flavors in his dressing! As far as service and a desire to please the client, the team at Smoke & Spice is top quality. They are customer driven, under-promising and over-delivering. Prices? As an industry veteran a few careers ago, I must say that Smoke & Spice is very reasonably priced. He could honestly charge more and not lose a wink of sleep for doing so. All things considered, product, service, and price: Smoke & Spice is a total champion. A+! read more

Smoke and Spice made me look like a rock star on Mother's Day! I had about 20 family members at my home and, as a mother myself, did NOT want to cook. So, I had Smoke and Spice deliver their amazing ribs and brisket and my guests couldn't stop raving! Every BBQ restaurant claims to have "the Best BBQ".....but they don't. I am here to say, Smoke and Spice DOES! Hands down! Thank you for making my event a success. read more

Smoke and Spice has catered "BBQ on The Beach" in my community. They catered my wife's 50th Birthday party and I have attended functions which they have catered. The owners of Smoke and Spice are people who really care about delivering an amazing event. They are honest and extroadinarily well prepared so that they can provide excellent service. Every event has been spectacular. And, of course, the food is delicious. Everything from their appetizers. bar drinks, the entre's and desserts is truly scrumptious. There is always a bit of a concern when purchasing or ordering something from a company you have never tried before. In this case, I am thrilled I branched out to something new for our event in our house! The service was amazing (timely, precise and accommodating) and the food was even better! Everyone was delighted (probably not more than me ;-) Everything was amazing, but the items that were a HUGE success were: the pulled pork and ribs, the baked beans and the pasta salad. To be honest, I ordered the pasta salad not knowing what to expect; however, I was so surprised...it was light, new and delicious! Thank you for making our event a success and a memorable one too! We will definitely recommend your menu to everyone we know and using it again for other activities we may have in the future. read more

I attended a Smoke & Spice catered baby shower that was thrown by close friends. I thought I would be eating so-so food which would be quickly forgotten. Boy was I wrong. As a weekend griller I thought I could create some nice barbecue. The folks at Smoke & Spice take barbecue to a new level. My wife and I enjoyed the pulled pork, brisket, corn bread, baked beans and coleslaw. My only regret that day was that I had to leave early and didn't get a chance for seconds. I have already spoken with Mark Rogers and let him know that I want him to cater my next domino's club meeting. The quality and cost can't be beat even if you do it yourself. read more

It was a pleasure working with Smoke and Spice on my mother's 50th birthday dinner. Especially after dealing with my fair share of rather unprofessional vendors during this event, it was so refreshing to speak with a company who was not only professional but courteous and actually delivered on their product! The baked ziti, flank steak, and those delicious mashed potatoes were just a few of the items that had everyone coming back for more! I hope to work with them again in the near future!
