I told her I once had a premium account but I thought it had lapsed and I might need to renew. She asked which kind of membership I had and I told her I wasn't sure. She told me I had to know or she couldn't process it. She entered my phone number and rang up the order as a basic membership. I let it go and shopped there a few more times without being asked which type of membership I had. Last Friday, I was waiting to check out, and the woman ahead of me was asked for her phone number to enter for rewards. When I checked out, I wasn't asked so I asked the clerk if she didn't want to enter my phone number for rewards. She was generally kind of rude but did enter the numbee and didn't ask about a membership type. When I got out to my car, I logged into my account. It indicated that I had a basic membership but listed the differences between the basic and premium and allowed me to upgrade. I upgraded without incident. I think the staff should know how to access the membership type and should be able to upgrade for you if you are willing to pay the cost of a premium account. The staff on the floor seem nice and helpful but checking out could be a more pleasant experience.

The store is filled with long boxes and the owner will have to pull some boxes for you, but he's very nice. If you're looking for specific issues and want to listen to someone who loves comics and has a wealth of knowledge about (what seems like) everything, then you'll love this shop. This shop has almost everything. It's difficult to look yourself, but again, the owner will help you find exactly what you're looking for and is great to talk to. The store is extremely organized and definitely feels like an old school, comic lover's gem of a shop. I picked up some great original run Iron Man comics I was looking for. The reason we came here was that my son is learning to play Pokemon, which (if you're also unaware) is a card game with more simple rules for younger audiences to play for hours on end, completely content and completely engaged. We were hoping to find some Pokemon cards for purchase, and to see if anyone was playing. We found a small selection of Pokemon products, but were completely astonished by the overwhelming catalog of Magic cards, sets, posters, mats, and several tables with several players engaging in their favorite pastime. I commented to one of the co-owners, Justin, on how cool this place was and how I didn't know anything about Magic, but could appreciate the passion that these players had around the game. Justin politely excused himself and brought me several decks of Magic cards and handed them over! He let me know that they give out free starter packs for people who are trying to see if they like the game or not. It was just a sampling of what some call "cardboard crack", Justin told me. He invited us back to play any time, and even promised to hold the last Pokemon starter set for my son to purchase after saving his allowance. This is how you run a small business : focus on something you love, your passion... show customers how much you love it... and share it! The selection is strongest from the 60's and 70's and bins are all well organized. The condition of the records is generally good and prices are competitive. They will put on anything you are considering buying. There is some other merch including tshirts and record players.Two tips: 1. You can't find the entrance from the street address, go around to the parking lot side to see their sign; and 2. Pet their friendly dog.
