After doing a bit of research I found this shop that had great reviews and was pretty close to my house so I decided to give it a try... and boy am I so glad I did. Upon walking in... I was greeted immediately by the staff member at the front desk. She was super welcoming and made you feel like you were walking into her home. I told her the reason I was coming in... and she was able to squeeze me in on the same day, which I truly appreciated it. I had advised her that I wasn't sure if my tire could be saved or if I would have to buy a new tire. After making that statement my mind automatically thought the worst... and figured they might tell me to buy a new tire since it would be more profit for them... but to my surprise after 40 mins the gentlemen working on my car said that he was all done and they were able to just patch my tire...and the pricing was way less then what I thought it was going to be. The gentlemen even went as far as to help me loosen the knob on my spare tire as well...after I expressed concerns about it being on too tight. Without hesitation, he automatically went to go grab his tools to assist me, which I truly appreciated since he didn't even have to go out of his way to do that. Overall, I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who has car service needs or is looking to buy new wheels or tires. Their customer service and professionalism is unmatched. I now have a new go to spot for all of my future car maintenance needs!
