He was understanding and helpful with my predicament. He knew his stuff, very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. I booked the detailing, paint correction (2 stage) and the 3 year ceramics coating. All I can say is wow, car came out great. Looks amazing, the way it should have been when I purchased it.
