I emphasize trustworthy because alot of times I'm in a hurry and just hand him the keys and leave, and feel he's a totally honest, reliable person. I upgraded the year and came back for a second time. Now he's using system x which is amazing. Not saying the last company he used wasn't because that came out amazing as well. Negro goes above and beyond for his clients as he sends videos and pictures of the whole process while the car is in his care. Truthfully he is the only one I've ever let drive my car and only one I will leave it to without any worries. This time around he came thru for me and helped me with my vision I had. He used his resources which I must admit are very well worth it. This guys is connected in the car world if you ain't know. Had a kill switch and tracker installed, got my windows tinted and also got my rims powder coated. Everything was excellent as usual! Don't hesitate and give my man a call as he won't disappoint you or anyone you refer. He's been doing this for over 15 years and is certified in ceramic coating. He will make an old car look brand new again. My car came home looking newer than when I left the dealer buying it brand new. He will leave you flabbergasted by the job when he's done. His pricing is well worth it as well. Quality Over Quantity!!!! No job is to big or small the man does cars, motorcycles, or boats....

I reached out to the owner who was very nice and serviceable, we set up a date to take in my car to his location and left it there for about two and a half hours. Throughout the whole process i was getting updates such as videos or pictures of before and afters. Once my car was ready i picked it up and it was like i picked up a whole new car from the dealer. It was impeccable, full of shine and extremely clean on the inside. The best part was the smell of new car even my daughter mentioned how she loved how our car looked and smell. It was definitely worth the price and time. Will definitely be returning soon.

I reached out for a quote and received a quick reply from the owner, Ricardo. I was timid about a mobile service and the potential of hiring a real person, but was reassured by Ricardo of the process and he answered all of the questions I had in a very proficient/professional manner. We were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I received a confirmation email and text message. I was alerted the day of when he was on his way, the link provided an ETA and a tracker for his location. He arrived early and walked me through the process. I received a text when it was completed, and was able to pay via the link. Overall my the process was 10/10. It is always nerve wracking having someone come to you rather than dropping it off at a detail store lot, but I can TRULY say I will never go back to the traditional storefront. The experience was comfortable, it was convenient, and I will specifically go through Fresh Wash 305 in the future. I cannot say enough good things! As for the actual cleaning--my mind was blown. I needed a full deep cleaning of the inside and the outside. I hadn't gotten it cleaned in about a year so there was a lot of grime, which I know required scrubbing. I was considering selling my car, but after receiving in back from Ricardo it feels like a new car. I have been THRILLED driving around in it and it genuinely feels like a whole new vehicle. I do not typically post Yelp reviews, but I thought other could benefit from the extremely positive experience I had. Thank you so much Ricardo!

Honestly, I really don't like to leave bad reviews but I needed to warn others. I know I can't be…read morethe first to have a bad experience but probably one of the first to share it. Chris came to my house on time and that's where the positive experience ended. I specifically requested for the clay treatment due to tree sap stains. He didn't tell me until the end of the "wash" that the stains had damaged the clear coat and couldn't come out. The inside also didn't look like it had been cleaned so $200 for the outside only and still left with the stains I wanted out? Ok. I asked him if he accepted venmo/Zelle so I could send him payment that way because I had an appointment and would not be able to stay. He tells me he does and so I jump in my car to leave (in another car) while pulling up my Zelle and then he starts screaming outside of my house that he's not leaving until he's paid. (And FYI, my husband was still there). Never once had I indicated that I wasn't going to pay him so the erratic behavior was very strange and completely unprofessional. Afterwards, I messaged him to let him know we didn't appreciate the way he had acted and the lack of professionalism continued as he complained about having to work outside in the sun and even about asking me to park in the street (I asked if he could park on our carport instead so as not to block the road and he agreed never once expressing that it was a problem for him). I'm attaching pics of the car AFTER he was done and the message I received because I know this sounds so unbelievable. Everyone has a bad day and I truly hope that's all this was and this is not his regular interaction with customers. Unfortunately, I will never again use his services to find out. Good luck to all those who do. *ETA: service date was 2/3. My review was a little over 30 days after. If wiping of interior surfaces and door jams was not part of the $200 interior/exterior detail service then my apologies for assuming. I suppose I should have asked. I sped off to make an appointment I was late for. I was not disrespectful to you ONCE before I left. Yes, I mentioned at the end that we were cleaning the car to attend my father in laws funeral not for sympathy but to let you know we did not enter into this situation for the added stress. That was all. Please learn from this experience to improve your customer service and communication skills with customers. That's really all I hope for at this point. Good luck to you in all your future endeavors.
