My main stylist is Emily who is also the owner of the salon. I have been wanting to color my hair for a while & discussed a ton of different color options. We settled on reds & orange. For months before my appointment I shared inspo pics with her & she shared comments & suggestions. During my appointment she walked through the process with me & also gave tips for styling & color preservation. Not only did I learn from my appointment but she also took video & shared it so others could learn from it. I also had an appointment with her where I cut over 12 inches of hair off!! She really knows how to rock any style you are looking to do. Other stylists I have had here also are extremely talented. They also collaborate with each other so you will get the best results. Yes waxing is painful, but this seemed like the goal was to get me in and out in 10 minutes or less. It seemed like there was no consideration for my comfort. On top of that, I left every waxing with bruises (which can happen if you're not hydrated) but also burns and raw skin patches that took a long time to heal fully. Any complaints I made, I was told to purchase something from their extensive line of pre and post care ointments and products, and that the wax was kept at a regulated temperatures. I just think customer care wasn't prioritized and it wasn't a great experience.

Usually a gel manicure lasts me at least a couple weeks! ***Update: I did receive a phone call from Exquisite saying they would be willing to fix my nails and were shocked to hear this had happened because it's the first time they've heard of this happening since they introduced the gel polish a month ago. I appreciate their call and willingness to make things right, but unfortunately I don't have time to go back in with family coming into town this afternoon.
