I used Party Place for my wedding. They were very helpful in the process and always got back to me…read morewith phone calls and emails within the hour. I found some of the rental prices outrageous particularly for the area, but I could also see that they are a very professional company and didn't want to take any risks. I told them I was going to buy my tablecloths online and they offered to match any linen price I found online. They gave me the same prices on linentablecloths.com. So they can work with you on some of the pricing. The delivery and pick-up was very professional. On arrival 1 champagne glass was broken and the hinge on one chair was not working properly. Afterwards they tried to charge us for the glass and also added $75.00 to our final invoice. When I looked through it I found 2 items on the invoice had been changed 3-4 times the quoted price. I was furious and called them. They immediately took it all off our bill, charged our card back, and apologized saying, "It happens sometimes when returned items are not restocked immediately." I don't know what that means because I've done invoicing and billing for business' and these columns should never be touched. I also noticed their subtotals are completely inaccurate so you will want to get your calculator out after you come back from wedded bliss. In short I think it is ok to use them just check your invoice afterwards to make sure they did not "accidentally" charge you when they "restocked" your rental items.

We ordered a dunk tank . It sat right were they delivered it . The cotter pin was missing not set…read moreup right. So we called and asked if they could send someone out to fix it , then shortly after they left the water company came and filled it up from the back side of the tank. Then it sprung leaks out from everywhere in the front as well as , missing strews not to mention that it was filthy and unclean clean . Kelly said it was the guy that delivered water and said it was the delivery guys filled the dunk tank for putting the water in the front. Kelly the owner of party place gave us excuses that it was not delivered that way , well it was delivered that way , and tried to blame us for it being broken and unsafe. Well if someone had gotten in and it burst we would have had serious consequences. Well lost the money for filling the tank and not to mention the disappointment for our carnival.
