This security company are a bunch of guys who think they are real police officers. They patrol my…read morecondos and I have myself encountered problems as well as whitnessed an incident with one of the security guards kicking a former neighbor of mine in rhe stomach and then pulling his gun on him as he stood back up. They have flashed their flash lights through my kitchen window late at night and the most recent incident they towed my car out of my parking spot that I own I dont rent I own my condo its on private property I have heart failure and I finally saved enough money to buy myself and my son a car, I was unable to get my tags done due to a problem with my pink slip. So im im the process of getting my tags i have insurance and a driver's license I got a fix it ticket from an actual cop who gave me 2 months 2 get it fixed they didnt tow my car so how can a SECURITY company just take my car out of a private spot. When I contacted them he said I should have called him.and let him know and he wouldnt have towed it meanwhile I had already let my HOA know and I told him that and he said they do not have to inform my HOA of what they are doing. So why would they tow it while I was sleeping and not during the day when HOA is available why have someone wakeup to no car. Now to get it out it was already at 300 the first day I will not be able to afford to get my car out I work graveyard shift where there is no public transportation my job gave me a week to figure it out or I lose my job. They p pick and choose who they want to mess with because I took pictures of 7 different card still in my parking lot with expired tags no orange warnings on their car and they remain there as of right now. These guys introduce themselves as deputies they dress like cops and carry guns but with little training to do so. They are not police officers but think they are and use the power they are given not to protect but to control. When talking with them one officer said he would call the tow yard help me all he did was take a full day to call me back just to say there's nothing he can do and got another day added on. How would you feel if your HOA handed these wanna be cops the control over your home

It was $55 less, and he kept gas lighting me on getting me my refund, and to this day hasn't given it to me. Next, he delayed so long in serving, and then never let me know, nor gave proof to the court. The court sent me a rejection letter because they hadn't received proof of service. I contacted him and pressed him to make it happen. He was nonchalant and said it had already been served, but he hadn't given proof to the court. He finally did that, but I had to go through all the hoops to get him to complete the work I hired him for. I do not recommend his services.

After parking and walking a long distance to the entrance, I went up the stairs of the difficult to find building only to find myself very confused by the vast number of businesses in the building.
