I asked the young person for a recommendation and he said he's heard good things about the turtle wax headlight restore for $13. I purchased the product went home replaced my air filter and then started reading the directions on the use of the headlight restoration kit, very simple and easy to apply. I completed the job in about 45 minutes with very minimal effort and the end result is absolutely amazing, it's not often that I buy a product that I'm so impressed with so I thought I'd share it for the next person. Completely impressed, Mike.

But they wouldn't return those, not even store credit. Even with the receipt, and I literally bought them the day before. Staff member said he can't resell those... but he could resell the steering wheel cover? Does that mean they re shelf the steering wheel cover as brand new and who knows how many people have gone through it? Either way, that's just crappy customer service, I always come here for things and never give them any hassle. But stupid things like that, and the cashier just looking at me like I'm weird and just making weird faces and remarks like "uhh, yeah no".... Like learn some customer service communication skills. I could've just gotten store credit and gotten another item from there. Now I'll just go to Orileys and not give them my business, enjoy your $6 I guess!

I had called them the night before to see if they had a battery for my car. I spoke with Ethan and…read morehe confirmed they had the battery in stock. I also asked if they could install it and he said if I got there before 4:30 in the afternoon, they would do that for me. Now, I KNOW that is not what they do and they honestly shouldn't do it, but I ALSO know places like this have great employees who are willing to go above and beyond to help a customer, and they sometimes will do things like this. However, the day I arrived, no one was willing to do that. In fact, I asked first if we could test the battery to make sure that was the problem and they agreed. But they repeatedly couldn't get the testing equipment to function properly. It kept erroring out. One gal even said with my type of car you had to wait 10-15 mins and then try again. So we did that and it still wouldn't get a reading. Remarkably, the gal was more than willing to sell me a battery anyway, but would not install it. Sorry, but I'm not going to purchase something if I'm not even able to tell if that's what the actual problem is. Doesn't make much sense. Maybe it was an off day, but I'm more inclined to take my business elsewhere in the future.
