A stylist can have years of experience, leave me with a beautiful new look but if I don't feel comfortable in their environment, I will most likely not return. I found Clara (stylist) via my sister and we connected in Social media. From the beginning, Clara was very helpful and followed up frequently to ensure that I had an appointment. I arrived to the salon with my newborn baby for Color and a haircut. I was very stressed about how the baby would behave and how it would affect the ladies working at the salon but has no choice but to bring her with me. Gia, Brooke and Clara were AMAZING not only because of their service and their knowledge but because of their understanding and support. All three of them were caring and professional. They offered me coffee right when I arrived (coffee is the way to my heart) and made sure that the baby and I were comfortable . Additionally, I was asked multiple questions about the services that I was getting to ensure that I was fully satisfied, Clara listened attentively and provided suggestions. I had a wonderful day at the Salon and left with a new look that I love! I am definitely returning. Service: Caramel Balage , Gloss , Haircut and treatment. Services: Hair coloring, Haircut

Let me first off start by saying I haven't had my hair cut since I moved to Miami last summer. I had my favorite hairstylist and when I moved I was sad to leave. But today I have found a new place that has just welcomed me in as part of the family. The staff is so nice and you just feel so comfortable. It's not the most fancy of places but it has character and I choose quality over quantity every time! I have very curly hair, Helen cut and blowdried my hair with extreme precision and care! She was so personable too. We talked and she really cared about me (instead of the $$$) sitting in her chair. She was very thorough and gave me exactly what I wanted. I left with my hair shiny, healthy and beautifully sculpted. I'll be back again for sure. Thanks Diva's!

Ana always takes her time with her clients. She specializes in hair color treatments, such as balayage, and uses TRUSS products which is a Brazilian high quality product that leaves your hair feeling like silky and shiny. She now owns her own small personal salon, Ana Gloria Hair Design, where she provides personal attention and takes her time with each client. Ana only works with one client at a time, so you can be rest assured no one else will be in the salon while she is working with you (very safe and sanitary). She is constantly booked, so make sure to call weeks in advance. But it will be totally worth the wait! Highly recommend!

Her bangs were not cut straight and the bangs extended all the way back over her ears. It is incomprehensible how a professional does not know how to cut bangs. The hairdresser, I found out, has not been there long, but regardless. I was very upset to say the least. So much so that I could not keep my mouth shut and later phoned them, spoke to the owner who told me to bring her back in when the bangs grow out a little and he would trim her hair again for free. That is very appreciated, but what's done is done and the side burns are not going to grow out for a months. I would give this place 1 star but the owner was very nice and the manicurist did a great job. It is now a month later and I've decided not to go back to this place. Still very upset that they can't get a simple haircut done right. As for the mani and pedi I'm sure I can find another good place in the vicinity. I've also downgraded the amount of stars from 3 to 2. The owner was very nice and apologetic, but really, how would I go about returning to this place and explaining why I should have the haircut corrected for free? By the time it grows out he will not remember who I am. And I'm not about to walk in and argue the point. So that was my last visit there.
