I got there filled out paperwork and paid them do to work on my teeth. All to have a conversation with the Terry Turner that they would not be able to do work on my teeth today, like wtf was the point in making me drive all way for nothing. Such a fucking time waister. They wanted me to reschedule and come back in two weeks because Delta Dental would not be covered by them, I would have to pay all out of pocket! DONT RECOMMED THEM TO ANYONE!

I had been experiencing an ache in my lower right jaw for some time, and was told by my dentist…read morethat he suspected that I was experiencing referred pain from a possible infection under my lower right canine tooth that had been subject to a root canal years ago in another state. I dreaded getting what's called a "re-treatment" of that root canal. So I spent a lot of time researching endodontists in town. I actually did a consultation with someone my dentist recommended, but he was so cavalier when I asked what if the tooth breaks during te-treatment ("Oh that could happen, we'll just do a crown!" while waving his hand and rolling his chair away), that I got alarmed. (Guess that first endodontist didn't care about saving my tooth, maybe more interested in getting a new boat instead! At least, that is how it felt...). So back to research I went. And I found Dr. Terry Turner. I had my root canal retreatment on Wednesday, 48 hours ago, and he is amazing!!! The numbing went well (and I am a pain wimp), and he explained every step as he went so I would know what to expect and what he was doing. I deeply appreciate his attention to detail, to me as his patient, and to his work. The procedure went quickly and perfectly, and I have needed only ibuprofen for the slight amount of pain after even though he gave me a prescription for percocet in case I needed it. I have a follow up in a few weeks--he wants to ensure the infection clears up before placing the permanent filling (something I strongly suspect the original endodontist failed to do). Dt. Turner is highly skilled, easy to talk to, very smart, and very caring. I highly recommend him and his staff.

My previous dentist retired and we were given the information for Foley Dentistry, and we've been using them for seven years. During that time, we've always been treated very well. On occasion with oral injuries, we were seen in a very timely manner. When we have had teeth worked on, it's been a successful procedure. I'm very happy with the care my family and I have received at Foley Dentistry, to the point of leaving a review so others that look at their reviews won't just see one review with a 1 rating. I give a 5 rating because of seven years of cleanings and procedures and happy with every visit. Don't just take my review, ask around and I'm sure one of your friends or family members visits Foley Dentistry. Thank you, Daniel K

About a year ago I had another tooth giving me some problems so I had a second root canal done and they said that they would have to pull that particular toot. At that time, I just decided to have them fill it which they did. On a few occasions, I feel that Dr.Foley, might have a very short fuse as he has on multiple occasions mutter words and storm out of the room having his helpers finish the work.I have also been extremely embarrassed by a very loud hygienist mak rude comments about me in front of everyone. My last issue is a concerning one as a few months after my last visit I received a bill for 17.00. The invoice didn't list anything so ignored it. About 2 weeks later, I received a very rude letter stating that I was no longer a patient of Foley dentistry. If this is how you treat your patients over a 17.00 unexpected bill....Then I can no longer let you treat me like you do!! I usually give rude people the benefit of a doubt but you lost a patient over a little bit of mone....crumbs in my opinion. I would have had no problem paying a $17 bill as long as I knew what it was for. Best of luck in your future.

I am giving this business a 1 star and it's only because I am unable to give them 0 stars. This…read morebusiness is horrible. I really liked Dr Davidson but their his office staff and the whole experience ruined it for me. I made a first time appt with their office because I have sjogren's disease and one of the things it affects of many, is the mouth and your teeth. In eight months by the time I saw Dr Davidson at this business I had lost over a half of my teeth from my disease (it causes your mouth to get extremely dry and your teeth develop severe cavities and then break and fall out) and I had made the appt to talk to dr about having both my top and bottom remaining teeth extracted and as I had planned to have dentures made elsewhere and was going to bring them in on surgery day. Dr Davidson seemed knowledgeable about my condition and also the fact that I also suffer from another autoimmune disease called Addison's and if you have dental work it can cause a person with it to suddenly have an addison's crisis and he and I talked through how we would pre-plan for my conditions like that one to prevent any unnecessary risks. So he told me after I met with him to have a seat in the lobby and the girl working at the front desk (who was not friendly when I came in) would get my estimates for me in just a few minutes. So I sat down, thinking in 10-15 minutes I would have my estimates and I could go home. So I waited, and I waited and I waited some more and 45 minutes went by and I kept noticing that the girl working at the front desk was doing everything BUT working. She was stopping to talk to everyone--she was getting up to go here and there and then she would look at her phone and finally after an hour I had had enough waiting and it was around 4:45 and I went up to the front desk and told her who I was and told her that I would like to have my estimates please as I have been waiting for over an hour for them. She looked at me TOTALLY CLUELESS as to what I was saying, as if she had no idea what I was talking about and I again repeated my name, very nicely and calmly, but deep down I was starting to get frustrated with her and the situation. She finally looked at me and said, oh, you are supposed to get your estimates right? I said yeah, over an hour ago I was supposed to get my estimates and I have seen you up and doing everything but working on them. She then proceeds to tell me that it was 4:45 and that she would have to just email them to me because she was just too busy and it was Friday and didn't have time to do them right then. WHAT THE WHAT???? I said, "Excuse me? So you are going to make a patient wait over an hour, ON YOU, BY THE WAY, to get simple paperwork that should not take more than a little bit to complete, and then they have to go home empty-handed because you're too lazy to do your job??" I was past the point of mad by now. I have worked in administrative roles for over 30 years and NEVER would I treat a customer the way that I was treated by her. She finally said that she would email me the estimates by the end of that day but that I owed a balance on my account of over $100! I told her this was the first time I had ever been there and I did not get my teeth cleaned or anything and my insurance covered that appt that day in full so I didn't have a balance and she sat there and tried to argue with me about that. I finally told her I was done and left, refusing to pay the bill that I didn't owe and she somehow failed to mention to me that I had until I got upset at her there at the en---then all of a sudden I had this big bill. So, I waited the rest of that day for the estimates to be emailed to me and surprise, surprise, they never did. So I waited the following Monday just in case she needed an extra day to get them to me--I was trying my best to be accommodating but it was getting harder. Finally, Tuesday rolls around and I call their office back and I told another lady who worked there what had happened, in detail, and that I was not happy and that I just simply wanted my estimates so that I would know how much everything would cost. She apologized to me for that happening and promised to email them to me by the end of that day. And I waited and waited and as with the other girl, they never came. I waited another 2-3 days for them to come and nothing. I literally went through 3 ladies in that office, each one promising me that they would email me what I would think, should be a simple, every day document for them--one that they do each and every day for customers but perhaps I over-estimated the competence of these women that work for Dr Davidson and the other drs in this office. I finally called and talked to the office manager and told him the situation and he was really nice and helpful and HE was able to finally email me the estimates I had been waiting on for forever and that the other ladies work in an office but didn't know how to email.

I was referred here by a friend due to their work on her infant's tongue tie. I had that procedure back in August and Carrie did an amazing job with the body work and prep leading up to the release. Then she had great follow up after. I healed beautifully and have noticeable improvements in all kinds of ways (I mumble less, have no more sensitivity in my gums, I don't have tension in my neck and shoulders like I did, etc). Truly incredible. I'd recommend it to anyone. I have now had 2 cleanings done here since then and they've been so kind and gentle with my previous trauma at my last dentist. So I really appreciate that. ALSO they offer holistic and full body solutions to your dental needs which align with my lifestyle of wanting to keep things Natural. With extensive research, I found the best option in Wichita. Fetzik Dentistry helped me remove my infant son's lip and tongue ties with a laser. The process took less than 10 minutes total. They are the ONLY ones in the local area that go above and beyond with follow up care and body work for best results. I didn't want to use scissors to clip as I was concerned it wouldn't be as effective. The laser procedure was extremely fast and my son recovered well. I would highly recommend Fetzik Denstiry and Michale Fetzik for their kindness, attention to detail and caring nature. I trust them with my son and our dental care. Michale Fetzik takes care of your little ones like they are her own. I can't recommend them enough.

My first visit started with a cleaning by one of his hygienist; however, knew I needed to replace a lost filling. X-rays were completed and Dr. Reno pleasantly introduced himself. Dr. Reno explained in detail our next steps aka treatment. He said, I needed a tooth extraction and a crown. My inner voice agreed with a "crown," and said "Right," however, paused about the tooth extraction. Seeing my facial reservations/expressions of discomfort, he offered and even suggested having a second opinion to validate his treatment. He further offered to send the x-rays and treatment to my past Dentist. At that point, he gained my confidence, sense of security and trust. Less than a week later, my tooth was extracted and now waiting for my well deserved "Crown." I am apprehensive about needles. He used topical anesthetic before using the needle to further numb me up. It was literally PAINLESS! 30-minutes later my tooth was extracted and a tooth prepped for my "crown." He communicated every step in detail prior to preforming his painless magic for my smile. His office was extremely flexible meeting my needs before end year. Basically, his office staff turned my "short-notice" timing priorities into theirs to meet my end year insurance. His office sends out text reminders for visits and email notices. Amazing! Love the open dialogue of communication for the Dr visits. In summary, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Reno as anyone's Dentist if you are looking for a smooth and painless routine for treatments. I look forward to my Invisalign treatment to start.

Every visit seemed to involve a different assistant, and I would often leave appointments extremely sore. There were even times I left with bleeding after procedures and it felt like no concern or care was shown about it. My dad also had ongoing issues with his teeth, and Dr. Reno repeatedly told him nothing was wrong and that everything was "fine." After switching to another dental office, they finally addressed the problem properly, and he has been doing much better ever since. Even after leaving the office, I recently had another frustrating experience. I called to request MY own X-rays and Pano be sent to my new dental office because I am getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was told I would have to pay $20 just to receive them and wouldn't receive them in 6-30 days, and they could not directly send them to my new dentist. That makes absolutely no sense. These are MY records, and with my consent they should be transferable without all the hassle. Overall, the service and patient care have been very disappointing. I would not recommend this office.
