You won't see post it notes on any monitors or tacky computer generated signs. My favorite part about the visit? Holding the suction wand myself! This doctor has a sense of humor, is so generous with the topical numbing agent, that his touch with the needle is hardly a pinch. But, here's the thing, you could have the best doc ever and with bad staff, never make a return appointment. You will NOT Have to worry about that here! These girls are excellent! I was never left alone, and this was a consult that turned into an extraction...my choice, but it did give me a twinge of anxiety when we were waiting for me to numb up. Every question I had was answered quickly and with detail! I love that! The actual procedure took maybe 20 seconds-maybe ten! It was really that fast! I took 3 deep breaths and it was over! Lastly, I am 42. I don't know why I've never had my wisdoms out, they just never came out. This Dr. Told me why! He said that the way the roots came in, they didn't need to be pulled. He could have told me I needed all of them pulled and he would have made $$$$ off me! But he showed me how the roots were not touching, tilting or twisted and said, because of my other medical diagnosis', managing my dental needs on a case by case basis is a better option for me. I totally agreed with him. Easily, he could have made a quick buck off of me. Instead, he considered me as a whole.

I'm not rich. his mother had to take off work too. so we both lost money. we get there and after waiting 20 minutes they call us back and tell us " sorry we don't have the ointment needed for this procedure " super inconvenient, inconsiderate, and unprofessional . if you are performing oral surgery... when you schedule your appts do better. because now I have to take ANOTHER day off. a dr who makes 6 figures doesn't care about money. but to someone making 35k a year...320 dollars for 2 days is a LOT

Review about Remy H. Blanchaert, Jr…read more I am so livid right now!!! My wife, Sarah, was referred to a specialist to have a tooth extracted due to it touching a nerve and the fact that she has a major reaction to epinephrine in the normal novocaine shot. The specialist has a different shot they use for those that are sensitive. She waited over two weeks for this appointment, in constant pain and losing sleep because of it. And today is finally the day. We get there, she fills out the paperwork, and gets called back. The nurse gets her ready, and puts some local anesthetic on the area to get ready for the shot. The dentist is getting ready to do it and Sarah asks if he's using the right shot. He says, "I'm using what I've always used for 20 years". She informs him that she has a reaction to the regular shot. He then raises his voice and says, "do you want the tooth out or not?" She sits up and he pushes her up out of the chair and says "then leave". She looked at the nurse and said "are you kidding me? Does he always treat people like this?" The nurse said, "I can't answer that", and just cowered in the corner. Sarah then walked out of the room in complete tears and came out to the lobby, where I was waiting. DO NOT have work done by this dentist and if Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates continues to support his actions, as you could tell by the nurse's reactions this happens a lot, then do not use their services at all!!

Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The X-ray technician was inexperienced and caused me severe discomfort and pain. The hygienist continued the trend, probing my gums until they bled, especially around the tooth with the loose crown, despite my request to reattach the crown. When the Intern or Dental Assistant entered, instead of addressing my issue, he presented a plan that involved pulling several teeth and fitting me with partial dentures throughout my mouth. My crown fell completely out during our conversation, and I repeated my request to have it reattached. He then told me that he would check with the real dentist to see if they had the necessary materials, returning with a smirk to say, "Unfortunately, we cannot help you." Overall, the office was unprofessional and lacked empathy. I think Aspen hires students who did not graduate or complete any of the necessary schooling for their positions. They all appear to be robots that couldn't get hired in a real dentist's office. I wouldn't recommend this dental practice to anyone, including pets. If you value your dental care, I recommend seeking a different provider.

I was told I needed a "deep cleaning" and that it would cost me $711.00! When I scoffed at that, they mentioned that there was a procedure that I really didn't need now. That was when I was ordered to leave their office. AVOID ASPEN DENTAL LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I am giving this business a 1 star and it's only because I am unable to give them 0 stars. This…read morebusiness is horrible. I really liked Dr Davidson but their his office staff and the whole experience ruined it for me. I made a first time appt with their office because I have sjogren's disease and one of the things it affects of many, is the mouth and your teeth. In eight months by the time I saw Dr Davidson at this business I had lost over a half of my teeth from my disease (it causes your mouth to get extremely dry and your teeth develop severe cavities and then break and fall out) and I had made the appt to talk to dr about having both my top and bottom remaining teeth extracted and as I had planned to have dentures made elsewhere and was going to bring them in on surgery day. Dr Davidson seemed knowledgeable about my condition and also the fact that I also suffer from another autoimmune disease called Addison's and if you have dental work it can cause a person with it to suddenly have an addison's crisis and he and I talked through how we would pre-plan for my conditions like that one to prevent any unnecessary risks. So he told me after I met with him to have a seat in the lobby and the girl working at the front desk (who was not friendly when I came in) would get my estimates for me in just a few minutes. So I sat down, thinking in 10-15 minutes I would have my estimates and I could go home. So I waited, and I waited and I waited some more and 45 minutes went by and I kept noticing that the girl working at the front desk was doing everything BUT working. She was stopping to talk to everyone--she was getting up to go here and there and then she would look at her phone and finally after an hour I had had enough waiting and it was around 4:45 and I went up to the front desk and told her who I was and told her that I would like to have my estimates please as I have been waiting for over an hour for them. She looked at me TOTALLY CLUELESS as to what I was saying, as if she had no idea what I was talking about and I again repeated my name, very nicely and calmly, but deep down I was starting to get frustrated with her and the situation. She finally looked at me and said, oh, you are supposed to get your estimates right? I said yeah, over an hour ago I was supposed to get my estimates and I have seen you up and doing everything but working on them. She then proceeds to tell me that it was 4:45 and that she would have to just email them to me because she was just too busy and it was Friday and didn't have time to do them right then. WHAT THE WHAT???? I said, "Excuse me? So you are going to make a patient wait over an hour, ON YOU, BY THE WAY, to get simple paperwork that should not take more than a little bit to complete, and then they have to go home empty-handed because you're too lazy to do your job??" I was past the point of mad by now. I have worked in administrative roles for over 30 years and NEVER would I treat a customer the way that I was treated by her. She finally said that she would email me the estimates by the end of that day but that I owed a balance on my account of over $100! I told her this was the first time I had ever been there and I did not get my teeth cleaned or anything and my insurance covered that appt that day in full so I didn't have a balance and she sat there and tried to argue with me about that. I finally told her I was done and left, refusing to pay the bill that I didn't owe and she somehow failed to mention to me that I had until I got upset at her there at the en---then all of a sudden I had this big bill. So, I waited the rest of that day for the estimates to be emailed to me and surprise, surprise, they never did. So I waited the following Monday just in case she needed an extra day to get them to me--I was trying my best to be accommodating but it was getting harder. Finally, Tuesday rolls around and I call their office back and I told another lady who worked there what had happened, in detail, and that I was not happy and that I just simply wanted my estimates so that I would know how much everything would cost. She apologized to me for that happening and promised to email them to me by the end of that day. And I waited and waited and as with the other girl, they never came. I waited another 2-3 days for them to come and nothing. I literally went through 3 ladies in that office, each one promising me that they would email me what I would think, should be a simple, every day document for them--one that they do each and every day for customers but perhaps I over-estimated the competence of these women that work for Dr Davidson and the other drs in this office. I finally called and talked to the office manager and told him the situation and he was really nice and helpful and HE was able to finally email me the estimates I had been waiting on for forever and that the other ladies work in an office but didn't know how to email.

I found every single staff member I interacted with very friendly. Shocked people are saying rude staff. I found them all to be kind and patient and willing to answer my questions. (And I ask a lot of questions I like to be very involved in my treatment and understand everything) The doctor was really kind and professional. He made sure I was very comfortable the whole time. Which I really appreciate. He let me know what he was going to do before he would do it, he would tell me what I could feel or expect before as well. Zero complaints I truly don't believe health care workers and doctors and just "rude" to be rude. I really found not an ounce of rudeness from any staff member. Think it's what you make of it. But I will confidently say that's now what I experienced. I opted to stay awake with the Dr approval and they accommodated and I'm very grateful I don't like to be put under or twilight sleep procedures. ( although I'm grateful these options are around for people with high anxiety when it comes to dentist) My nurse or dental assistant (so sorry I don't know the actual term) was very nice. She got me comfortable and numbed up and chatted with me til it was time the Dr came in and gave me shots to numb me up. Didn't feel much of anything. 10 mins later he came back made sure I was numb and I'm not kidding like 3 seconds and my tooth was out haha. Man's my hero. Such a painless procedure. Not that I would want anymore of my teeth removed, but heaven forbid I did, I'm racing back here haha. I found everyone professional, this office is freaking clean, which makes you feel good when you're about to have oral surgery. Day 2 post op, feeling great. What a breeze. Literally thank you to the Doctor and his staff. I kept my tooth too.
