BIG mistake. They signed me up for a dental credit card so I could pay off the cost over time. All three teeth broke off at the gum line within a year! I had a huge debt with nothing to show for it. It took me years to pay off the debt with nothing to show for it. Do not use a healthcare credit card. They trap you in a high interest product.

When she came back, I told her I still had feeling. She used the water sprayer to check and I said that I can still feel the ice cold spray. She said it wouldn't be that bad and proceeded to drill my toothed and fill it anyway. It was miserable. I cried the entire time and she told me I was lying about the pain in order to get more medication. I tell everyone that I see that she is a disgrace to the profession. I wIll never go here ever again and you shouldn't either. Whenever I see their stupid commercials and I see her speaking about patient care I am enraged all over again. She is a joke and she cheapens the entire practice.

AVOID this place if you are military!…read more I'm a military spouse and about a year ago, prior to moving to another base (therefore needing treatment as soon as possible), I needed dental work done. I called for an appointment and explained that I was unsure of how my Tricare coverage worked, but found this office through the Tricare database. After they checked my insurance by phone, I went to this office for a consultation, and scheduled an appointment for a treatment a month later. 3 days prior to my treatment, I was called and told that my coverage was denied and that I had to pay the full consultation bill. The staff claimed that I was the first military spouse they had since new Tricare changes and that they were misinformed by my insurance. After some back and forth, they determined I was still responsible. After paying the bill, I was asked to remove my initial review on Facebook. However. I want other potential clients to know how this office handles issues when they are the ones at fault. They take zero responsibility. Less than a week later I was able to get into another office with no problem so I'm not sure where the confusion was here.

Unfortunately, I've had too many return visits because of a crown that a previous dentist here in Wichita put in. Crown #18 has been nothing but trouble and I'm biding my time until the 5 year limit is up to get insurance to help pay for the replacement. Dr Nguyen is patient, caring and very good at explaining the process and procedures. I am always kept informed of costs before anything is done. And she's really good at informing me with the how and why of preventative measures that I can do myself. The staff are friendly and helpful, too. Shout out to Eddie!
