I was immense pain and stressed about not getting in somewhere until Monday. I was also stressing the 1-2 weeks of dealing with a temporary. To make matters worse, my 3 kids were off school for conferences and I don't know anyone to watch them. I called WFD at 7:30 on Friday morning. They told me to get there as fast as I can and they'd help. I walked in with my 3 rowdy boys and they fit me right in. I was shocked to find out they have the technology to make the replacement crown in the office. They replaced my crown within 3 hours and helped entertain my kids. I'm sure they were a bit annoyed with the kids, but they never made me feel that way.

I was overcharged and it took well over a month for the overcharge ($848.05) to be refunded after the office called and told me about it. I was misled , no , flat out lied to by certain office personnel and if I hadn't been fortunate enough to get in contact with Ashley I would probably still be in dispute. Beautiful office, excellent dentist but no interest in customer service. Hard to understand why they insist on payment before you're allowed in a chair, but if they owe you money it takes "4-8 weeks " for a refund. Avoid these people

We had used the Affordable Denture in Midwest City, OK for his original denture and had an excellent experience so we were willing to try this office closer to home even though they had poor ratings. No, this poor rating is well earned. Almost a month later he still has no denture. (And this isn't some specialized complex case) They communicate nothing, and every time we call to follow up it takes multiple calls to get an answer (I'm sure their phones are busy with other unhappy patients.) I can't rate the quality of product because we haven't received anything so far, but I'm not holding my breath.

She was thoughtful to let me know when she would be typing my information into the computer, so I asked if I could use the restroom. I did. It was nice to have a moment to do that inside my appointment. They have nice equipment including double sinks with cups for water when my mouth got dry during the exam. Smart, kind, pleasant, thoughtful doctor. Patient. Gave ample time for questions. I am very confident in the care they will provide me in a few weeks for a long standing problem I have been having.
