She said it wouldn't be that bad and proceeded to drill my toothed and fill it anyway. It was miserable. I cried the entire time and she told me I was lying about the pain in order to get more medication. I tell everyone that I see that she is a disgrace to the profession. I wIll never go here ever again and you shouldn't either. Whenever I see their stupid commercials and I see her speaking about patient care I am enraged all over again. She is a joke and she cheapens the entire practice.

I called for an appointment and explained that I was unsure of how my Tricare coverage worked, but found this office through the Tricare database. After they checked my insurance by phone, I went to this office for a consultation, and scheduled an appointment for a treatment a month later. 3 days prior to my treatment, I was called and told that my coverage was denied and that I had to pay the full consultation bill. The staff claimed that I was the first military spouse they had since new Tricare changes and that they were misinformed by my insurance. After some back and forth, they determined I was still responsible. After paying the bill, I was asked to remove my initial review on Facebook. However. I want other potential clients to know how this office handles issues when they are the ones at fault. They take zero responsibility. Less than a week later I was able to get into another office with no problem so I'm not sure where the confusion was here.

So at the last minute with pain shooting up my face I had to find somewhere else to go. I needed a extraction for a fully erupted wisdom tooth. Little did I know that would be complicated enough without the short notice. This place got me in quickly. Once there the dental tech was a beautiful lady named Angel. She was very gentle and respectful. She knew right off what needed to be done and lost no time getting everything ready for the dentist. The dentist was AMAZING! Wow did he know what he was doing. This tooth had me taking 20 ibuprofens a day. So I was in a lot of pain. I didn't feel anything when he took my tooth out. Angel had to tell me it was all done. Omg that was the best dental experience ever in my life! And their x-rays are $40.

I was immense pain and stressed about not getting in somewhere until Monday. I was also stressing the 1-2 weeks of dealing with a temporary. To make matters worse, my 3 kids were off school for conferences and I don't know anyone to watch them. I called WFD at 7:30 on Friday morning. They told me to get there as fast as I can and they'd help. I walked in with my 3 rowdy boys and they fit me right in. I was shocked to find out they have the technology to make the replacement crown in the office. They replaced my crown within 3 hours and helped entertain my kids. I'm sure they were a bit annoyed with the kids, but they never made me feel that way.

BIG mistake. They signed me up for a dental credit card so I could pay off the cost over time. All three teeth broke off at the gum line within a year! I had a huge debt with nothing to show for it. It took me years to pay off the debt with nothing to show for it. Do not use a healthcare credit card. They trap you in a high interest product.

When the Intern or Dental Assistant entered, instead of addressing my issue, he presented a plan that involved pulling several teeth and fitting me with partial dentures throughout my mouth. My crown fell completely out during our conversation, and I repeated my request to have it reattached. He then told me that he would check with the real dentist to see if they had the necessary materials, returning with a smirk to say, "Unfortunately, we cannot help you." Overall, the office was unprofessional and lacked empathy. I think Aspen hires students who did not graduate or complete any of the necessary schooling for their positions. They all appear to be robots that couldn't get hired in a real dentist's office. I wouldn't recommend this dental practice to anyone, including pets. I saw the hygienist, office mgr, dentist (who was decent) and finally given a sheet by the hygienist of what it would cost to have a 'deep clean' done. I had already told her I didn't need it or want it. Two days of pain and $1500 out of my pocket. Insurance would pay the other $1500. She tried to tell me I had gingivitis. I did not have gingivitis! I just needed a normal cleaning. She declined to do that. Definitely gave me a scam vibe. How has this dentist allowed her to control acquisition of patients based on how she felt. I saw my dentist 3 weeks later and she said there was no gingivitis. I had a cleaning done by my usual hygienist. Everyone needs to know when there is scamming going on. Aspen Dental on Ridge Road are not reliable and they allow people with less authority to make decisions for the office. Never again!!!
