This was the only office who returned my phone call and I called 4 different places. When we went in for a check up, we found out our son was going to have to have some dental treatments and our son was very apprehensive about the whole situation. Dr. Iseman not only put our son's fears at rest, he also did a fantastic, quick job and called that evening to check and make sure our son was doing ok after the procedure. If we had not moved away, I would still be using their services. They are a wonderful office and everyone in the office is very helpful and knowledgeable about their area of expertise. I would give more stars if I could but 5 was the most. If you want a wonderful dentist for your child, call here. They will treat them wonderfully and keep them from being "scared" of the dentist and want to go back even after having treatments performed. Thank you Wichita Pediatric Dentistry, you were a blessing for our son.

I can't speak on the service of the dentist and hygienist because my child was never seen. However,…read moreI called to schedule an initial appointment and was met with a snarky attitude. My child is covered under military insurance through the other parent. Military insurance has a benefits number just as any other insurance has. The receptionist refused to look up the insurance by it instead she insisted on having the SSN. I explained to her that we don't have contact with the other parent and I would be the responsible party. She said the parent with the insurance policy HAS to be the responsible party. She blurted out his address which I didn't even have (thanks for that BTW), but if it were my information I'd be very upset to find out a dentist office freely disclosed it. I also explained to her if she mails out a bill to the other parent it would be ignored. She didn't seem to care about my family dynamic or safety. I told her I would look elsewhere. Long story short, be careful with your personal information. Find a office who is respectful of your privacy and kind.

She said it wouldn't be that bad and proceeded to drill my toothed and fill it anyway. It was miserable. I cried the entire time and she told me I was lying about the pain in order to get more medication. I tell everyone that I see that she is a disgrace to the profession. AVOID this place if you are military!…read more I'm a military spouse and about a year ago, prior to moving to another base (therefore needing treatment as soon as possible), I needed dental work done. I called for an appointment and explained that I was unsure of how my Tricare coverage worked, but found this office through the Tricare database. After they checked my insurance by phone, I went to this office for a consultation, and scheduled an appointment for a treatment a month later. 3 days prior to my treatment, I was called and told that my coverage was denied and that I had to pay the full consultation bill. The staff claimed that I was the first military spouse they had since new Tricare changes and that they were misinformed by my insurance. After some back and forth, they determined I was still responsible. After paying the bill, I was asked to remove my initial review on Facebook. However. I want other potential clients to know how this office handles issues when they are the ones at fault. They take zero responsibility. Less than a week later I was able to get into another office with no problem so I'm not sure where the confusion was here.

They bill and if they make an error on the claims, they don't bill again- you just owe cash. They also double bill insurance. I had double dental insurance and they said they paid nothing for a PANO! Like- come on here. Delta Dental didn't pay for a Pano? Then- the consultation fee is 150.00 that the don't tell you about and not covered by insurance. So I call out of desperation because I was told by the Dentist that he was the best in town. They call me 2 days before my appointment and tell me that I owe the 258.00 for a 6 year old debt from a visit where I got a pano and was so disgusted that I never went back. They said that needed to be paid to the collection agency before being seen. So-I say ok. Then I call back and ask her about the consultation/appointment and what is due up front. She says I need to pay the whole 150 plus the collection agency fee. I ask her if the consultation fee can be paid at the time of the wisdom tooth extraction instead of at the time of the consultation. She says no. I told her that I couldn't pay it all at once, a normal human would discern that I wouldn't make the appt. Got paid on Friday - called and paid the collections agency. Then, called to let them know and the office person REFUSED to schedule me because I no showed. REFUSED to schedule me and told me that she wasted her time calling the collection agency twice the day of my appt, How about you check in with me to see if it was paid. Honestly its ok with me because the idea of going to this office and supporting their business made me want to puke! Southwind is getting me taken care of and there is no consultation fee! The office staff was kind and welcoming and I am filing a chargeback on the collection agency payment and reporting them to the insurance commissioner. You have GOT to be kidding me! RUN TO ANY OTHER OFFICE EXCEPT THIS ONE!
