I would NEVER recommend this place. Staff is very unprofessional and rude. The wait time is forever. 0/10

We've been very pleased with Children's Dentistry since we moved here last year. Dr. Healy is the very best. There are tv screens above every chair so the kids can watch a movie while they get their teeth worked on. After their appointment they are given a gold coin which can be used towards an assortment of little vending toy machines. The dental hygenists are also very nice and patient. Dr. Healy explains everything simply and always welcomes any concerns or questions you may have. Even the front desk receptionists are awesome! The best pediatric dentistry in Wichita! read more

Interviewed at this dentist and was told I would receive a call in a week with a yes or no. That was 3 weeks ago. The manager messaged me twice on Indeed saying they would be calling back interviewees after being directed to call if not having received one. You would think during such a hard time, they could atleast give a call! Unprofessional. Im sure they offer great dental work for children and have heard great things about the dentists..but as far as working there; the management seems to be lacking something. Also when someone calls..they take an awful long time to get back if they even get back at all. read more

Love this office and the doctors! I would recommend them to anyone. Our daughter fell and broke her 2 front teeth. They were able to do the root canal and caps in office, which was super helpful. The doctor really went above and beyond our expectations. He was patient with our daughter, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and was very professional/comforting. Be very careful and get a second or even a third opinion!! My granddaughter (5 years old) was seen here for her first dental appointment. My daughter came to my home afterward very upset and worried because Dr. Moore at The Children's Dentistry office told her that my granddaughter needed to go to Wesley Medical, be put under anesthesia and have four silver crowns put on her back teeth and a porcelain crown on her front tooth!!! These are baby teeth for heavens sake and the thought of such a tramatic experience for a five year old child was too much for me to wrap my mind around!! Luckily my husband was about to leave for his dental appointment with our dentist of 10 years, who is one of the most reputable in Wichita and decided to take our granddaughter with him to see if our dentist would take a look and see if this procedure was necessary. Our dentist took X-rays of our granddaughter and found she only had one small cavity on her front tooth and any other tooth decay was minimal!!! He was so appalled and told us that this is not uncommon practice for clinics who take state insurance to do unnecessary procedures! We took our granddaughter in for a third opinion just to be sure and had the same finding that our dentist did. Taking advantage of young parents and the system, shame on you Children's Dentistry!!!!!! Caveat emptor!!!! read more

I take all three of my girls to Dr. Moore and have also see and they have also seen Dr. Brown for teeth removal. Both physicians have a kid centered work atmosphere and approach. The hygienist are always great and work with the age of the child. read more

Be aware people, My daughter has pain in her teeth so i took emergency appointment from Dr. Scott white I told the lady who booked me that i can't come to the appointment and I am sending my sister with her, dr. white didn't touch her even and described antibiotic, I called and told them that she had emergency appointment for reason but they say they need my signature for sedation, after a week I sent my daughter with my husband for another emergency appointment and the Dr, White switch her appointment from emergency to cleaning appointment ( all about money) and also refuse to pull her teeth because " he has no time " ( as if his time is more valuable than ours) also the lady who cleaned her teeth she put her fluoride without asking or explaining and my daughter asked her what is that she said fluoride , my daughter said mom don't want fluoride she said ok i will use non fluoride next time!!! , this is the worse service I ever seen just care about money not about kids health , if there is 0 start I would give it but unfortunately I have to put 1 star, if you love your kids don't take them to that place ever!! read more

The dentist and their assistants are amazing. They are very welcoming. My son was terrified of other dentist but now that we started coming here he loves it. He is no longer scared and he is even comfortable going back by himself. They do a great job and very patient. We live 2 hours and 45 min away from this location but they are worth the drive for sure. read more

I took my three year old daughter to get a filling done by Dr. Scott White. It was awful. First, they scheduled us for a cleaning instead of a filling. Then the staff became mad that they had to stay to put in a filling, as they were supposed to be getting off early. I offered to come back another day and they said no problem but their attitudes reflected a completely different story. They did not allow proper time for the numbing gel to take effect prior to injecting my daughter. (I'm a BSN, RN, so yes, I am aware of the proper time needed for numbing to take effect.) They had just injected her when they began drilling. They had to hold her down because she was screaming in pain. I will NEVER go back to this facility. I was very angry when I left, not only at the treatment of my daughter, but at the way I was treated. Rudest, most uncaring staff I have ever met. I wouldn't recommend them to care for my dog, much less my child. I wish I could give a negative score to reflect their lack of professionalism. read more

I had no problems with the dentist himself, Dr. Healey. But, we were just turned away from an appoinment for a sedation procedure that we booked over 3 months ago. I received an email confirming my appoinment was at 9 less than 48 hours ago. We arrive at 8:45. We were supposed to just somehow magically know that they intended for us to arrive an hour early. We have spent the last two weeks preparing my child for the appointment. We have adjusted work schedules, even rescheduled an out of town work trip by a day all so we could make this appointment. We were turned away, rudely and dismissively because we werent there an hour before the scheduled time. Nothing in the email telling me we should do this. They claim they called, I have no such call. I left with a child in tears. They were totally unconcerned, not even apologetic. Complete and total lack of regard for my child by the office staff leaves me with GRAVE concerns about their ability to provide for my child. I will be looking for another dentist. Consider me a very disappointed parent. I thought that the lawsuit brought against this dentist's office by a former employee was likely unfounded, now, I am rethinking that view. It is probably good they sent him away who knows how they would have actually treated him during the procedure if this is the best they can do in the front office. Complete Fail! read more
