CROOKED OPERATOR
This place has a bad vibe, like a used car lot!
When I called and made an appointment for a root canal, I was quoted a price of $1,000. When I went to pay the bill, they told me the price was $1,281. A month later, his office sent me a bill for another $59. I told them, "No, you've already overcharged me, and now you want more - no."
The average cost for a root canal is around a $1,000. See photo.
Dr. Turner spent the first 15 minutes arguing and trying to gaslight me. Finally, we got past that, and he began numbing me with Novocain. Dr. Turner took the needle and shoved it into the roof of my mouth causing an extreme amount of pain - there is no excuse for such incompetence and dereliction of duty.
A few days after the root canal, the tooth became sensitive to touch. Yesterday, I hired a new Endodontist and after reviewing the X-ray the tech said, your previous Endodontist (Dr. Turner) did a very poor job at the end of the nerves, and it will require corrective surgery to fix it.
Currently, I am waiting for the corrective surgery scheduled for February 24, 2025. My NEW Endodontist will surgically go under the tooth and cut the nerves off. The price is $1,419.00.
Professional Endodontics were anything but professional.
