He removed every single leaf & trace of debris that he cleared out, texted me before & after pics and also recommended solar panel cleaning. That first impeccable experience with him sold me on being a regular client. Fast forward to this week. This will be the 5th year that Jonathan has cleaned my gutters & solar panels. Like clockwork, every year he texts me a reminder when it's time for my annual cleaning. I really appreciate being able to rely on him to remind me! I also appreciate that Jonathan remembers important specific details that I only had to tell him the very first time I scheduled with him. He knows that my tenant lives in the back, so he'll start early but only on the front if the house. He always makes sure my tenant can have his normal, quiet morning. Jonathan is so reliable that I have been a loyal client - but have never even met him in person. What I would of liked was an explanation to me that the screens were going to be bent because of the way they are before they actually did the work. I wouldn't have agreed to the work if I had known the trims were going to come out the way they did. Also I let them know that my condo was on the 2nd floor. Why did they not bring any ladders? They were maneuvering and trying to get these screens in place all from the inside and long sticks outside. Lastly, no mention that I needed a water spout. Lucky for me I had one in my garage, but condo communities don't have that. They did offer to fix the issue within 2-3 weeks which I can be thankful for, but I didn't like the way the business was handled from the beginning and my condo was being sold.

He made no mention at this time that he was booked through the end of June. Most companies would let you know this when first contacting them. In addition to this, we referred him to a real estate agent colleague who had him clean a client's house at the beginning of the year and Eddie went crazy when they paid him the day after the job rather than the day of. All other tradespeople are fine being paid the following day in this type of situation.
