STOP! Seriously, find a different pool/spa center. Otherwise find yourselves dealing with wolves in sheep's clothing. They'll *appear* to be rolling out the red carpet for you, they'll be upbeat, and eager to help you find what you're looking for... but what they're really looking for is a SALE! They're crafty with their words and strong salespeople. You might even feel like they value you as a customer, but they value REVENUE above all else. The experience we had here was by FAR worse than any other shop we visited--it was like night and day. We have signed paperwork stating they would not keep our deposit if the item we were looking for didn't work with our space. Well, we came back to inform them that we needed to switch from a SwimSpa to a hot tub. We could have just cancelled the order entirely, but after being duped, we decided to look for a hot tub instead. They were unable to offer what seemed to be a very reasonable ask (based on the massive margins in hot tubs). Unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement. I called, with a kind, patient, and professional tone, and said..."It doesn't look like we are going to be able to make a deal." Heidi didn't say anything for about 30 seconds. Then asked, "So what are you saying?" I said, "We just need to cancel the order." She got SO ugly as soon as I said that. They definitely showed their true colors. They were kind and friendly until they didn't like what they heard. I was yelled at, criticized, and eventually hung up on (one employee was in the background prompting questions/comments to say like this was a battle to just win). Rather than listening to understand, they listened to respond. Rather than having a consistent demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction, they were inconsistent and inconsiderate. As I was on the phone with them, I started taking notes of what was said (see photos attached to this review). I can almost promise you this: You WILL find a MUCH better experience A-Z at any other pool/spa business in the immediate and surrounding areas. Also, take a look at what seems to be a very unethical warranty service fee they charge you with a manufacturer's warranty that actually covers warranty/labor. They charge you extra money for what they're actually getting reimbursed from the manufacturer. S H A D Y! Update (in response to the laughable reply by the business): It's funny how Heidi called ME after she started seeing bad (but honest) reviews. Once again, I had to endure another lecture and very different tone than the one she used when trying to close a sale. She started with, "I hope you feel good about what you're doing." I told Heidi that I was just telling the truth because I believe consumers should know who they are entering into business with. I won't spend many words on providing a rebuttal to her lies and cheap attempts to save face (clearly she cares more about reputation and revenue than she does about people and professionalism). Anyway, buyers beware. Check this businesses reviews across platforms, check the Better Business Reviews, and proceed with caution. From one consumer to another, I recommend you at least engage with adjacent spa shops before signing anything at Crystal Pools & Spas. You'll notice an immediate difference. read more

Do not use. crystal pools AND spas. There are so many better and more honest options in Utah. We had they build our pool and it wasn't even finished before we ran into problems. Delayed schedules switching equipment for smaller parts than what was agreed to. We caught them and forced them to install the correct parts. We had them put in color changing lights, they never work as they are supposed and many times wont change colors. Our pool dipped 3 inches in one corner, we had four different companies give us bids to level and all of them responded with regret when informed that Crystal Pools and Spas installed the pool. HORRIBLE service and shady business practices! Wish I had read these reviews before we ever bothered to step foot in their doors. They took our $2,000 deposit with the understanding that if we could not put in the swim spa (due to HOA policies and property foundation issues) we would get our money back (which she included that stipulation on our contract). What a load of crap! Heidi likes to promise lots of things and changes prices and policies constantly throughout the process. The second she found out we could not put the swim spa in and wanted to cancel our purchase she got real nasty and refused to give us our deposit back and hung up on my husband. She's a bully and should not own a business. Please spare yourself the headache and buy from literally anyone else instead. read more

I'm not sure what this company does, but it doesn't seem to want to sell hot tubs. I called multiple times. Left messages on both their voicemail and with a young sounding female who said that "the women who knows about hot tubs would get back to me right away", and of course no one ever did. The reason I persisted is because we have had Marquis brand hot tubs in the past, and they are our closest local dealer. All I wanted to do was to buy a hot tub from them, but they can't even seem to get their act together enough to call me back so I moved on of course. Really friendly staff and they really seem to know their business. They are willing to help you with what you need and even pull out some chairs if you just want to sit and chat to go over things. Billy and Heidi resolved every concern I had. Billy came to the house, trouble-shouted the spa, panel is being ordered by Heidi to replace defective panel. Billy spent 1 and 1/2 hours adding chemicals and teaching us how to care for the swim spa. read more

We've had numerous tweaks and control replacements. 9 months later and we still are unable to use it. Don't buy this spa and don't buy from this company. The staff is great. We bought a hot tub from here. The quality of the hot tubs are so much better than any other place. When we go out of town they will stop by and check our chemicals for us. Our older hot tub was not heating and we had trouble getting our usual spa company to even return our calls and emails. We reached out to Crystal Pools and Spas and their staff was very kind to work with and got us a scheduled service appointment! Our technician Cameron was very friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly and luckily it was just a fuse! He was great to show me a couple things with our spa and took the time to answer all my questions! We definitely will use them again! read more

They are great at selling but fall short on service. Heidi will promise to spend a lot of time to help you learn how to use the swim spa. She constantly reassures you about the fantastic warranty but nothing gets fixed. In les than 1 month the panels are literally falling off the spa. The motor doesn't work. I've called, dropped into the store, and sent over 12 messages. In response.... silence. The quality of the coast spas is horrible. Don't waste your time and money. We now shamefully own a huge water container. read more

I would have giving a zero , because of the switch they tried to do. I was purchasing a spa from the home show and requested a 2015 model and I was giving a rate and the next day they called and started to charge more money. I said I don't want it , witch was also wrote on the contract I could say no. And now they will not refund money for deposit. I hope this helps before you go there. read more
