pros: this is the best crystal place ive ever been to. They had all kinds of themes here including Disney. They also had a toy section which consisted of Funko pops and action figures. prices were reasonable and the quality was present CONS: The staff was nice but one lady was just pushing sales onto us. Don't trust these people. I ordered an item online and received confirmation of the order. After a week with no shipping update, I called the store and was told they had sold the last one right before my order was placed yet they made no attempt to notify me. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't followed up because the item was meant as a Xmas gift and the woman I spoke with said I should have expected it because the company no longer made them. Upon placing my very small order of one item, the only communication received from Crystal Palace was an email receipt and then all went silent. Clearly on their invoice it states shipping will happen in 5 to 7 days. And when a dozen days passed by with no change to my order, no shipping email, no nothing....I decided to cancel. They carry an array of collectibles. I have been on a hunt for a crystal castle. Swarvorski made them way back in the day and they are now hard to find. I don't trust Amazon or eBay to ship mainly because my mail carrier has been seen tossing my packages from the end of my driveway to my door if he gets lucky and if it's not packaged to withstand heavy tossing, my castle will be in little shards. Needless took day, the sales person packaged my castle securely. Paid a fair price for it and I would definitely go back. I'm eyeing the Asian Swarvorski zodiac set. read more

I go there sometimes they really nice people but I'm a pop hunter and their cheapest pop there is a 30 dollar figure when it's only worth 11 dollars and the chases that they have to go towards from 70 to 80$$$ when they are usually 30 to 10 $$$ but overall very good read more

Use caution shopping at Crystal Palace! I purchased a Precious Moments Figurine online that arrived cracked. Crystal Palace refused to acknowledge the damage, stating that was how it was manufactured..? Crystal Palace refused to let me exchange or return. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Crystal Palace replied to the credit card company, they would refund once I returned it. So NOW they will allow me to return it! OH, but I have to pay over $20 in shipping. Crystal Palace then sends me a email to ship it back and they will refund the figurine and shipping. So I do what they ask. Now they have the figurine back and they REFUSE to reimburse me for shipping! I forwarded all emails to my credit card company. I am still waiting for my permanent refund from my credit card company who told me I should have kept the figurine and they would have still got my money back. At the time I did not think that was right if I get the refund they get the figurine. I realize now they lied to me to get me to pay to ship it back to them. I got shafted! This is the WORST customer service I have experienced in a long time. My Husband tried to order another figurine for me as it was something I really wanted. Crystal Palace cancelled the order saying the item was out of stock when it is still listed on their website. Crystal Palace I hope you are happy with yourself! "We have money" is what the owner said when I asked what was the best they could do on two items, implying that they don't need to make the sale cause they're rich. Wanted to buy a couple keepsakes that totaled around $275 and asked what the best they could do cause Amazon had both items for cheaper. I was not looking for them to match Amazons price and willing to pay the price they had for one item but the owners Socially Awkward son wouldn't budge on the price for the other item. My friend purchased a bracelet about a year ago and it broke in half. She brought it back with her receipt and immediately the owner became defensive and belligerent. She insisted that my friend stepped on it or did something to break it. It was not the point of getting her money back rather the fact that the owner of the establishment was so unhelpful and just plain rude!!! I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from this business!!! She also had an excuse for my other friends repair, which they never called her to update her on the status. When we asked the owner about it she claims the office and back area had been changed around and she didn't know where anything was. These items were not cheap items and have sentimental value and the owner could've at least gone to the back to look and see...but NO!!!! Came in about a month again. Beautiful collection of items and friendly staff on the floor. However once I was ready to pay, I received a different experience. The middle-aged blonde woman behind the counter was so rude! She tossed my ornament into the box and when I asked if I can fix it before she tapes it up, she says do whatever you want. I purchased 5 Christopher Radko ornaments by mail in September 2018. One of the ornaments was broken when I received them. The owner, Mary, told me to take a picture of the broken ornament and send it, which I did, and she told me she would put in a claim with the mail service and refund my money. I have called at least 6 times and each time Mary (owner) has told me she would refund my money when her "Internet person" gets in. It has now been 6 weeks, and I have received no refund. I would not shop here or purchase anything by mail - if there's a problem, you WILL NOT get your money back. read more

Avoid this merchant! Save yourself time, trouble, and money, and shop elsewhere. They will purposefully ship you the wrong items when they are out of stock of the items you ordered (which they admitted), then refuse to refund your money when you return the items. So, they have possession of the returned items and kept my money. They won't respond to their company email. It is difficult to get them on the phone. When you do get them on the phone they are rude and unhelpful. Then they fight when you contest the charge on your credit card (a 2+ month process). They told me they never received the return but they told the credit card company they did receive the return but two days too late. The return was handled and delivered as per their own guidelines, no small feat considering their lack of response to emails and phone calls. Life is too short to waste time on people who behave and conduct business in this manner. Rude, obstinate, unreasonable. I have since found the items I tried to order through Crystal Palace, I found them elsewhere for less and hassle-free. I hope you can do the same. read more

Extremely disappointed with this place. I went to this store in anticipation of a good assortment of Funko Pop vinyl figures. Although this was true, the bad customer service was a huge factor in my negative review. I went two different days and had a bad experience both times. The first time I went there I was looking through their selection and heard the workers in the back swearing profusely and talking about drugs. I was extremely offended and appalled, since I was there with my little sister and these "employees" were talking about drugs and sex loud enough for the whole store to hear. When I told the owner (or whoever was in charge, I use these terms lightly), she didn't even take it seriously and told them to "quiet down" even though I said I was offended. One of the employees was named Atilla. When I mentioned to him how I could hear him swearing and that I was offended he completely ignored me. The owner ended up telling us that they were "playing a game" and the people swearing were from the game and not the people in the back, which was absolutely not true because I'm a gamer and I know this for a fact. The "employees" were the ones being vulgar and it was clear to me and my little sister, who is way too young to hear that kind of talk. I decided to give it another chance, as the Pop vinyl figure collection was good (the only redeeming factor of this place). I went back the next day and when I asked about the price of a figure, the employee was clueless and had no idea. She said we had to wait for "Atilla" who was the person being vulgar the last time I was there. I did not want to wait for someone who ignored me anyway the previous time so I just left. As I was leaving the owner asked if we still couldn't find what we wanted. We told her that the employee did not know the price of an item, and she did not offer any help or solutions. Overall, awful customer service, and vulgar employees who ignored me or had no idea what the price of an item was at the store they worked at. I was extremely disappointed because they had a good selection, but the terrible service two different visits is enough for me to never go back. My experience at crystal palace has been absolutely great they sometimes have to go and look for boxes which takes time but it's def. worth it ;). Anyway for new and retired Swarovski it's even better that u find on the web which is pretty cool. Idk what's wrong with this other lady must have been cheap or something what a troll lol anyway when I was there I was treated really nice they even offered me a water or coffee. So I'm only on here to let people know because they only really advertised by word of mouth. I'm tired of good people being burnt by a few bad apples and they don't even know about it. The content of my order was beautiful but one of the boxes the Waterford Christmas tree came in was broken both top and bottom. We are a once a year customer at Crystal Palace over about 8 yrs. The owner, Mary is a very good business person, who shows interest in her clientele, even if they only come in once a year and/or only spend a small amount of money compared to corp clients or more affluent customers. The store sells at a set % discount off retail price depending on the product...they do not say they can do any better than that (they do have suppliers to pay and answer to, in order to keep selling that product line). What I read in a previous review is a person threatening to go to Amazon, therefore bullying them to bend their pricing just for them, and then referring to the sales person as "socially awkward" because they couldn't get what they wanted (convenience of having it NOW, at price THEY wanted, not what a store could sell it for- thus there is Amazon) sounds like "sour grapes" from a bully. Oh, from seeing the owner in the store over the years, I tell you, she's not rich; she's just trying to run a business-and she truly loves her business. And appreciates her customers..... read more
