I was planning on using a place in Strongsville but the hassle of getting someone to pick me up and take me back to get my car while they worked on it for several hours was less than desirable. The ability to have Adam come to my home and do the work in my own driveway was terrific. Adam did a great job.. my car was covered in dog hair and it's all gone. He charged me car pricing for a medium size SUV and I couldn't have been happier. I have already recommended him to several friends. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Thought I'd give him a few minutes, you know, maybe he had an emergency or something. At 9:10 am, employees arrive at another business next to Pro Mobil and ask if I have appt for detail. I said, "Yes." Oh, we'll call him then, they reply. They tell me I can leave the keys with them (at another business?) and he'll be there, " in like 10 minutes." I say I'd rather wait for him, but then am told oh, he should be there "in like 10-20 minutes." I waited until 9:20, and when he didn't show, it was obvious that time was not a priority for this business. At 9:35, Dillon called me 3 times, once leaving a voicemail saying sorry he'd missed me and did I still want to bring that car in for a detail? Uhm. No. Thanks. While I appreciate the owner had childcare issues, he never reached out to me ahead of time, and it took a while for him to even reach out via phone after the fact. I'm sorry this didn't work out and I hope others have a better experience than I did.

I put basic in quotes because I could tell Shawn really put a lot of work into my car. The outcome was far from basic. His prices are reasonable and competitive, while the work is second to none. If you want to truly bring your car back to life, schedule an appointment. It will look and feel like a brand new car. This is roughly 3 times the market price as compared to other detailing shops in the area that are equally good. He said that he does not need to do shitty" cars like mine and he gets all luxury vehicles. I don't know what cars he gets. Mine was a decent looking Acura MDX 2014 worth 50k. Apparently he is a big sports car enthusiast who looks down upon average customers with kids that need some interior cleaning done. Me and my wife are both doctors and we don't find time to clean our car interiors and we needed some professional help. I will not recommend this highly overpriced shop with an angry rude manager to anyone, despite the good work he does.
