Most places charge three or so hundred for a full detailing, but Dynamic had a hundred dollar special. Right up my alley. (Turned out to be one-twenty, because instead of just dirt they were elbow deep in topsoil with this pig. Yeah, I know, I should have been tidier. It is not my nature.) Nice shop, which could probably have about six or eight vehicles at one time being shined up all purty-like. They could go a bit lighter on the Armor All; I had to fight to keep the steering wheel from slipping through my hands. The aluminum wheels had acquired a patina of filth, baked on by the brake rotors' red-hot glow. What do they do? Acid wash. Huh. Never thought about that. (I was considering some flat-black spray paint. Glad I held off.) Dynamic isn't easy to find. Listen carefully to the directions when you call, or you'll end up in East Bumspimple or, worse, Jeb's Hollow. You do NOT want to be there. Trust me. Six months later, I still can't sleep well.

Someone had recommended this place to me for an auto detail, so I called ahead and made an…read moreappointment with Dillon for 9:00 am on a Thursday. Pulled in at 9:00, and the door was locked. Thought I'd give him a few minutes, you know, maybe he had an emergency or something. At 9:10 am, employees arrive at another business next to Pro Mobil and ask if I have appt for detail. I said, "Yes." Oh, we'll call him then, they reply. They tell me I can leave the keys with them (at another business?) and he'll be there, " in like 10 minutes." I say I'd rather wait for him, but then am told oh, he should be there "in like 10-20 minutes." I waited until 9:20, and when he didn't show, it was obvious that time was not a priority for this business. At 9:35, Dillon called me 3 times, once leaving a voicemail saying sorry he'd missed me and did I still want to bring that car in for a detail? Uhm. No. Thanks. While I appreciate the owner had childcare issues, he never reached out to me ahead of time, and it took a while for him to even reach out via phone after the fact. I'm sorry this didn't work out and I hope others have a better experience than I did.

Still waiting to hear back but so far it's the worst auto detail I've ever had, could have gotten the same at a drive through car wash. Didn't get the 10% off that was made on yelp and will definitely not use again.
