I pulled in accepting the fact that I was about to have scratches all over my truck and it's just whatever. I pulled in, the two workers sprayed the mud off with a pressure washer, then I went through the car wash. I literally was grinding my teeth the whole time just knowing I was going to have so many scratches. I WAS WRONG! This truck came out looking brand new! There may be a scratch or two somewhere on it but I haven't found it yet. I will DEFINITELY be going back! They're awesome and it was only $20. Highly recommend!

It could do a slightly better job washing off the soap and windex and towels only seemed to be available on the weekend during the day. As with all of these types of washes, the dryer doesn't really get the vehicle dry at all. I liked that it was touchless since I have a new car. It got the sand and bird droppings off my car every time and I liked being able to vacuum the car. There isn't a mat wash, if that is something you want. I cancelled my subscription because I'm moving. I will update my review if there's any issues with that next month.

Long story short, by the time we hit the car wash here it had been several hours. We went thru the automatic and it did the best it could considering the bake period by the sun. We used some paper towels we wet with the excess water left in some clean areas on the car to get the rest off. All in all, considering what the automatic had to deal with on our car, it did a good job. Glad there was a car wash on the island! The entire car wash facility is very clean and well kept too. Once we realized it was not touchless we politely told him we wanted to exit. He sternly told us to "Back out!" My husband asked if he "Was kidding?!" and the guy said "No, back up!" We asked him to just open the gate and let us drive forward to at least turn around or just drive around the wash and he declined. He said; "I'd have to walk over and open the back gate." Unfortunately, believing we were stuck, we attempted to comply with this surly attendant's demands backing out of the one-way tight curvy high-curbed entrance against the traffic flow with a sign we did not see while a large truck was adjacent in the other lane. We struck the corner of the metal sign that extends into the roadway thoughtlessly mounted in between the curb and our car in the road bed. Now I have a very bad and expensive scrape down the front fender of my brand new car thanks to allowing ourselves to be bullied into a bad situation by a lazy employee with a bad attitude. When confronted by my husband he apologized, but only because my husband was livid. Jason the manager later admitted to having hit that same sign himself earlier with his own Camaro, yet it is still located in such a hazardous way, especially if lazy belligerent employees demand you back up to leave the location. I had my kids in the backseat and they asked why he was mean. Goes to show his professionalism and his demeanor when he initially walked up to my car. After going through the car wash I processed what had happened and went to ask for my sticker back so I can use my membership for the month I paid for and he said no. I will admit I did use some language that I'm not proud of in the moment BUT I was taken back with how he spoke to me when I was in my car with my children. I left a review on google and a response was left with a number to call to resolve this issue. When I called the number Jeff answered the phone. He showed no remorse with how he acted and when asking to talk to someone else and said he "gave me a number to call" which was the location he works at. I send an email to cancel my service and received an acknowledged. Then I was asked for the following before they could cancel: 1. Date of the purchase and the amount charged. 2. First five digits and the last four digits of the credit or debit card used for the purchase. 3. A copy of the receipt or, Credit Card/Bank statement showing the charges that clearly show your name, amount and date. 4. Correct RFID 5. Exact location of the car wash site? All of the additional information on top of my written request to cancel the membership. This is insane.

A freakin' car wash. you. have. got. to. be. KIDDING ME. Well, two minutes later, and some disco lights my car had the last laugh. The wheels, which never get clean from the awful brake dust were gleaming and I didn't have to lay a hand on them. And an assistant comes with the price to give your car a thorough pre-treatment, removing baked on bug carcasses, leaves and pine needles. Nice little attention to details are free vacuum bays plenty and powerful and with a long hose. The carwash was FUN I won't spoil the surprise. But take the kids for a few minutes of fun.
