The nooks and crannies around the cup holders and old ash tray were cleaned well. The carpeting around the gas and brake pedals that had been caked with dried salt from the winter was all vacuumed and shampooed away. The exterior of the car was shining like the day I bought it which for a black car I know is not an easy accomplishment. The drop off and pickup/payment process was quick and the staff was friendly. Needless to say, I had the vehicle towed to a more reputable repair shop. Ever since Bill retired and left his business to his inept son, the shop is a joke. Even the woman that I spoke with stated that she doesn't understand how the York Auto Body stays in business. Run as far away from this horrible business. Customer service is something that they do not know or understand.
