Ray and the professional detailers at Supreme Finishes took on the task of detailing my wife's 120k…read moremile 2015 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring and they went above and beyond to make the worn out paint look shiny and new again! The paint had severe swirls and with being a black car, they stood out even more. Ugh! I opted for the one step paint correction package to clear up the vast majority of the horrible swirl marks and it was finished it off with a 6 month paint sealant. The exterior plastic trim was deep cleaned and sealed and the wheels were treated with an iron remover so the stains from the brake pad residue are gone! The interior of the vehicle was a dusty mess too and Ray did a great job of cleaning and freshening it up to make it bearable again. The rubber floor mats were particularly filthy and now they look great! They even did a quick clean of the engine bay and plugged the holes in the front bumper where the license plate used to be! Ray also offered to touch up some paint chips and scratches for no charge in the future if we bring him the matching touch-up paint! Now, THAT was unexpected and very greatly appreciated. I'll be sure to contact him when I get some paint from the dealer. I can't thank Ray and his staff enough for their thorough detailing job, hard work, and professionalism. A+ for Supreme Finishes! The nooks and crannies around the cup holders and old ash tray were cleaned well. The carpeting around the gas and brake pedals that had been caked with dried salt from the winter was all vacuumed and shampooed away. The exterior of the car was shining like the day I bought it which for a black car I know is not an easy accomplishment. The drop off and pickup/payment process was quick and the staff was friendly. I will definitely keep this place in mind for an annual cleaning.

After over an additional 11 weeks, finally one of the women that work there took my call, she said that nobody had actually worked on the vehicle, they simply took the front end apart to have a technician look at it but, that would not happen for another week, maybe longer, the owner was on vacation and work could not begin without him because he is the one that decides what needs to be done. Needless to say, I had the vehicle towed to a more reputable repair shop. Ever since Bill retired and left his business to his inept son, the shop is a joke. Even the woman that I spoke with stated that she doesn't understand how the York Auto Body stays in business. Run as far away from this horrible business. Customer service is something that they do not know or understand.
