This review is more to the attention of the warranty and service dept. at Crystal Windows. I bought a home a few years ago in the Nassau County area that had pre-existing windows installed and manufactured by Crystal Windows Inc. After a few years and few children later, one of the windows was damaged (by said children I assume). All I can say is that from the initial contact with the service dept at Crystal to completion of job, it really has been hassle free. The Crystal technician was punctual and experienced. Everything from the company vehicle (I live in a neighborhood that frowns upon grifitti riddled work vans) to the quality of work performed by the Crystal technician was professional. For a company like Crystal Windows to stand behind their products and also rectify issue with such due diligence and professionalism speaks volume especially in this day of age with so many "fly by night contracting companies." I am planning to upgrade some doors in my house before winter this year and based on service of products Crystal Windows provided, I will go with them just for the peace of mind knowing I will have a product that a company truly stands behind and will respond if needed. Kudos and a sincere thank you to Jamie in the service dept at Crystal Windows for making my initial experience with them so hassle and stress free. I strongly recommend products sold and serviced by Crystal Windows based on my recent experience. read more

I recently purchased a new set of vinyl sliding and casement windows from Crystal Window & Door Systems in Flushing, and overall, it was a smooth, professional experience. When I first contacted them, their sales manager Kevin was friendly and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He helped me pick the right models for both energy efficiency and style, and never rushed me. Once I placed the order, communication stayed consistent throughout. The staff confirmed delivery dates and installation schedules clearly. On install day, the crew arrived promptly, equipped with tools, protective blankets, and proper gear. They removed the old windows carefully, taking precautions to avoid any damage, no scuffs or mess were left behind. Installation was tidy and efficient. They ensured every window was properly leveled, insulated, and sealed. Afterward, the room felt noticeably quieter, and I could tell the thermal performance was improved, not just in comfort, but in how the gaps and drafts I'd experienced before were gone. The finish and hardware alignment was precise, too, no warped frames or crooked fittings! When everything was done, Kevin followed up to ensure I was happy with the outcome and to answer any questions about using and caring for the new windows. That personal touch meant a lot. Overall, Crystal Window & Door Systems delivered on their promise of quality products and service. read more

We used Crystal Window & Door Systems for a major renovation project on a multi-family property in Queens, and they handled the job with absolute professionalism. It wasn't a small order--we needed over 30 custom-sized windows, including bay windows, sliding glass doors, and several casement styles. From the start, Crystal's staff was well-organized. They took exact measurements, provided detailed quotes, and explained the lead times clearly. What impressed me most was their ability to manage a large, complex order without confusion or delays. Every window arrived on time and exactly as specified. The installation team worked in phases to minimize disruption to tenants. They were courteous, efficient, and always left each unit clean after finishing. The windows themselves fit perfectly, opened smoothly, and gave the building a fresh, modern look. Tenants immediately commented on how much quieter their apartments became after the installation, especially those facing the street. The project finished ahead of schedule, which was a huge plus. For developers or property managers looking for a reliable partner, Crystal is an excellent choice. They delivered quality products on time and with flawless execution. read more

We recently had several windows replaced by Crystal Window & Door, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the first phone call to the final installation, their attention to detail really stood out. The sales representative was incredibly knowledgeable, walking us through the different styles, energy efficiency ratings, and customization options. We never felt pressure, just genuinely supported in making the best choice for our home. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left our space spotless. They took great care in removing the old windows and fitting the new ones perfectly. You could tell they were experienced, every frame was sealed with precision, and they even checked in with us throughout the process to ensure everything met our expectations. The difference in insulation was immediately noticeable, our home is now quieter, more comfortable, and our energy bill has already gone down. The windows also look fantastic, sleek, modern, and clearly built to last. A week after installation, someone from their office called just to check that everything was working as expected. I am a homeowner out of Long Island. These last couple of weeks has been a nightmare for me. No power, flooding, damages from trees and flying debris, the works. Only recently have we began the recovery of normal life. Having a broken window and no power during Sandy & her aftermath would have been extremely dangerous to our health, especially with my toddler around. ConEd was taking too long to respond to the power, so I decided to call Crystal Windows. I was surprised that they had picked up and were extremely helpful and understanding. They had someone our right away to come and take a look at my window and had it repaired. Thank goodness that they did, because that night it was extremely cold. I felt reassurance and hope from Crystal s actions. They helped me through this catastrophe and gave me that push into recovery that I needed. Thank you Crystal Windows, and thank you to your caring employees! read more

Good value? YES! Their price is not the cheapest around the area but compared to the work they have done in my place, it was very reasonable. The installation is neat, design and color fit our old frames and building, and the manager did not fail to inform us of small changes and other things we need to know before and during the installation. Respond quickly? YES! I sent them a quotation request at around 9 in the morning and was able to receive a response at 4 in the afternoon. Some companies took days to get a response. Reliable? Definitely, YES! I explained to them what I want and what are my concerns, including my desired time frame, and BOOM, they delivered! On-time and to my satisfaction. I hope the best for this local business, and certainly would refer a friend here. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Precious Window not once, but twice, to replace all the windows in my apartment and both experiences were outstanding. The first project was back in 2020 when they installed Series 5500 Aluminum Heavy Duty Double Hung windows in my home. The quality of the windows and the meticulous installation process left a lasting impression on me. Fast forward five years, and I needed to transfer the warranty. To my surprise and delight, Jeannie Lai from Precious Window remembered me immediately. This level of personal attention and recall after such a long period speaks volumes about their dedication to customer service. read more

I replaced 23 windows in my house recently with Crystal windows. My contractor Ed recommended them to me saying they are one of the best windows around. I was looking at windows at home improvement stores at first but after Ed took me to Crystal Window's showroom and seeing the windows there, I feel the build is more solid. The staff there was also friendly and helpful. I have my new windows for a month and I couldn't been happier. They made a big difference during the hot days with their energy (low e?) saving glass. My sister-in-law is also looking to buy new windows and guess who I am going to recommend to her! read more

Excellent product and excellent customer service and very competitive prices. We have purchased multiple windows from Crystal Windows and plan on continuing our relationship with this company. Our salesman Scott Anderson is extremely helpful and almost always answers our calls. If he doesn't answer, he will call back quickly. Scott is very knowledgeable about his product. The windows arrive well packaged, undamaged, and correct. If on the rare occasion a window is damaged they work quickly to make it right! I look forward to working with Scott and the crew at Crystal WINDOWS again in the very near future.! read more

"Great product. Had two small issues and their service team came out to address it. They replaced a tilt part but one item couldn't be repaired because it was due to installation. They helped me to call back the contractor that installed the window and the contractor realized he didn't "shim" square the window. I learned that finding a good installer is a big factor with windows. It's like blaming the tire manufacturer if your auto mechanic didn't mount the tire properly. Hope that makes sense. Crystal Windows is a good product and good service." read more

I had bathroom windows replaced by independent contractor (we hired him to redo entire BR) approx 5 years ago. Noticed condensation and mold growth about a year ago on inside of lower window. Other than the the windows saying Crystal on them, I had no other paperwork saying I bought windows from them. (it wasn't specified on contractors bill) However, they replaced the glass totally free of charge. According to them, they have a "no condensation" warranty; they also invoiced the work at approx. $80. read more
