When I go to pickup the car, the owner says it was just that one guys personal choice/opinion. Okay so get someone else to do the service? Weird behavior from a business.

Poor communication, does not deliver what is promised, and feel like I have been ripped off. Super disappointing because I purposely looked for a local business I could support and then this happens.
