I will attach pictures just to show proof of how disgusting and dirty their quality is. Rented from them for my bridal shower, bring it in with it filled with dirt and holes all over. Dance floor was cracked and chipped everywhere. They delivered it on Monday call them back and tell them all of this. The lady's response is "well this is a rental company so there is going to be ware and tear", spent almost $3,000 and that is the response I get no apology or anything. She then tells me that she is going to have her manager call me, this was at 2pm I call no response back. I email them and she claims she called but they do seem to tend to lie so I didn't get any call. finally tuesday morning i call again and she says she's going to take care of it and to give her till 10am to get a response. 12pm comes around still no response, she finally calls me at 6pm and says that they are going to deliver ALL new WINDOW walls. So today comes around and the crew comes to our house and says where Are the walls. LOLLLL. I call Leslie, the manager and say your crew is at your our house asking for walls, she says a new crew is coming and everything is going to be okay. then 15 minutes pass and the crew that Just asked us where the walls are and claiming they don't have any walls says they have 4 walls only. I call Leslie again and she says "yes that is correct". Mind you she didn't even bother to mention that to me Once. Ask them to completely remove the tent so I can go with someone else & her response is "I don't have anyone to take it down and we closing until the 27th." My bridal shower is this weekend, the 20th. and the whole time they care more about proving you wrong instead of showing any type of empathy. I am religious as well and understand the closing of religious holidays but if you are so religious you should also want to make sure you are a good person. If they do choose to respond to this it will be on why WE are wrong and they will not take accountability for ANYTHING. I don't know how they sleep at night. Again don't let them fool you with whoever they paid to get these reviews.

I was wowed at our consultation because Lisa actually LISTENED to what I wanted and was able to bring my vision to life with minimal direction. Everyone in the office was spectacular when I kept calling to add boutonnieres or change drop off locations. Overall, the flowers and centerpieces were absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. The best part is that Amore is completely affordable! When I found out what friends spent for the same quantity and quality of flowers, I couldn't believe my ears.

They consider themselves "NJ's most sought and trusted centerpiece rental company", but won't travel within NJ. what you will see, is they go to PA AND DELAWARE THOUGH. All of a sudden Kenisha brings up another gay wedding similar to ours they did. How does she know our wedding is similar? We have not communicated the details, just a generic email based on vibe. And why was is she bringing up a gay wedding to us? Because we are another gay couple? To prove there's no homophobia? What was the point of this?! They are a company full of excuses. In this economy turning down work? They just did not want to work with us from the beginning. This whole interaction was gross.
