I tried the Float Tank ... intro specials are just $35 for a first timer, plus I caught a facebook coupon for only $22 for an hour float session. They sell monthly "memberships," but the friendly staff did not try to push this on me at all; didn't even mention it. I really appreciate that. I've been to massage places where it's all about trying to sign you up for more, and I do not like that. You go into a private room with float tank and shower. You can wear a swim suit, but I would assume the high salt content will destroy one very quickly. They recommend nude. There are switches to turn the tank light on or off. When on, they phase through, orange and red. There is also a music switch which, on, plays spa/nature sounds. I tried everything on and then off for total sensory deprivation. For me, I do like the music on. Be careful about touching your eyes. There is a spray bottle inside with distilled water to spray your face. I also recommend putting the hand towel inside on the interior handle -- I found that I needed to spray & then wipe off my face a few times. I like the pod closed -- the interior is still about 3 ft high. But you can keep the lid open any amount if you want. Also, I'm 5'4", and if I point my toes and stretch my arms over my head, I can just brush both ends of the tank. The water is about 8-11" deep, so you can also just sit up if necessary. There is also a little neck pillow inside, but I did not use this. The water is body temp. I thought I might get cold, but I was comfortable. Especially with the lid down, that was warmer than the rest of the room. I enjoyed this experience and would definitely go back for some relaxation, and maybe to try other services. Well worth it. #ReviewsByRL #TryNewThings

Sauna This was my first experience with a sauna and it is and was EVERYTHING! Didn't even wanna get out when the 30 minute timer went off. It's a nice and peaceful time to sit back and sweat while you read a book or meditate etc. I will make this a routine thing! Cryotherapy Came here a few months back to try cryotherapy. No other way to put it except that it is cold af!! My friend and I wanted to try it due to our extreme workouts that resulted in aches and pains. Cryotherapy worked! The day of I had a muscle sprain in my arm from weights. I had ZERO pain after cryotherapy. I won't make a routine out of it but I definitely will go again for any new aches or pains. I can definitely see why athletes prefer it over ice baths. Cryotherapy Indy is a nice and clean facility. The staff workers are always nice, pleasant, helpful and informative.

I went for a float session. Maybe my experience wasn't the norm because this place has good reviews both here and on Groupon. Anyway, I've floated at other places and had better experiences. My biggest complaint is cleanliness. I was the first appointment of the day and the floors were really wet, like nobody had cleaned the night before. The trash was almost overflowing. The biggest problem for me was the inside of the pod was crusted with dried salt and the pod smelled a little stale. While they had a nicer shower than some of the other places, I was disappointed there wasn't any shampoo or conditioner. How am I supposed to wash all the salt out of my hair? I'm not that mad about it because I paid a lot less because it was a Groupon. I'm just disappointed.

I loved my cryotherapy sessions. I've had 3 sessions and I've purchased three more on Groupon. I love the results from each session. I think the cryotherapy is a great add on to your workout and post surgery recovery. I haven't had any of the other services, but I plan to try the Normatec on my next visit.

Live the flit tank. Very relaxing. I have severe back problems and this eases the pain for weeks at a time. I definitely recommend.

The staff welcomed us, let us make tea, then showed us our salt cave room. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with red salt lamp lighting, trickling fountains, and ambient music playing. They gave us buckets and shovels for the kids to play in the sand, and they enjoyed that as well as the zero gravity chairs. I could've easily taken a nap during my session! I did notice I got a bit of a headache that evening, which I believe was related. But I could also tell my breathing had shifted (positively) and I think stuff in my sinuses maybe shifted as I'd been sick leading up to my visit. The headache was gone by next day. All in all, I'd go back again for another session! It's a really relaxing atmosphere and did impact my breath/sinuses.

Music was so relaxing and peaceful. Madison was at the desk and she told me to help myself to some tea or water. She was very helpful and very informative so I really did appreciate that especially this being my first visit. She showed me to my room where I was to do the 45 min infrared sauna. She helped me with my Bluetooth connection. I was ready to go after a quick trip to the ladies room. The 45 min was exactly what I needed. It felt so good and so amazing to have that time to myself. I doxed off for a few.. I love that the sauna beeps very mildly to let you know there's 5 min left. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit most especially because it was a wonderful surprise that they had Easter eggs hidden and the sign said to find one so I did and it said my next appointment was free! I'll definitely be purchasing some more after that! I definitely recommend giving this a try. Self care is so important. The ambiance of the entire environment is very serene and calming. Definitely a nice little spot to get away from the chaos.

We were prompted greeted by Tina and shown around the spa and to our lockers. In the ladies locker room area, there are showers, a sauna, and a steam room. We got there early so we could enjoy the pool and other amenities. Unfortunately, when we arrived there were hotel guests in the pool, including children. That's not all that conducive to relaxing unfortunately so we didn't get in the water at all. Tina also helped us order a lovely lunch from Capitol Grill and took overall very good care of us while we relaxed and waited for our spa appointments. The services: Both of us had nice services but honestly both felt we had had better for various reasons. My esthetician was good and did a very nice job but I had added on a leg scrub. The leg scrub was great but it came At the sacrifice of the hand and wrist massage you might typically get. My friend's service was good but was slow to start and the provider had some clumsiness issues and dropped items on the floor creating loud noises. The only thing that was really "bad" was the temperature of the atrium area/pool and hot tub area. It was HOT in there. It was so warm in there that we just couldn't force ourselves in the hot tub or the sauna/steam room. Tips: 1. there is street parking, which is free on Sundays 2. When you walk in, go closer to the check in desk to the second set of elevators and the spa is on the 6th floor 3. There is cold water and some cold towels in the Gym on the same floor.

I would recommend this to anyone anxious of water or wanting to relax! There's 1000 lbs of epsom salt in the pod so you just float! You have an hour float session and if you're low on magnesium, this helps too! I would recommend putting aside 1 1/2 to 2hrs to do this activity! For beginners, you will receive a quick run down on how everything works! You are asked to take a shower to remove any oils, creams and etc off your body! Then, the float begins (recommend no clothing) I will note, the room light is a motion sensor so if you're not okay with darkness, wave your arms out for that! This was an interesting experience and something I will do again! FYI. You will be covered in so much salt, so please, after the second shower, bring your own soaps, lotions, clean behind those ears, and towel. Check them out, $35 for first time session! What's provided? Towel, ear buds, q tip and ointment for any open wounds! Time? 1 hr float, 30 mins to account for cleaning yourself up, call to reserve a time!
