I have been going to this cleaners for 30 years I rarely go anymore except for alterations and specialty items that need dry cleaning. I brought in a 8 foot wool runner that I had cleaned here in the past. When I went in to pick it up on a Friday, the elderly lady told me that it was not ready because it was not "dry" yet. I just picked it up today. When I got home I laid down the runner it looked odd to me. hmmmmm...I measured the runner which was originally 8' x 2'6" and now it is 7'5" x 2'3" !! The length was 6" shorter and width was 3" narrower! Let alone the colors are now faded! This is a $250 runner they ruined!! So I took it back to complain and she blew me off saying it was an "old" rug and I only paid $35! Seriously? I paid the price they asked. I asked if they "steam" cleaned the rug instead of "dry" cleaning. She said it was put it in the dry clean machine...yeah right. If this was so, then the runner should easily have been ready when expected, not "still damp". Dry cleaning doesn't do "damp". "Steam" (also known as hot-water extraction) cleaning does damp. FYI: Dry cleaning a carpet or rug produces quick results, as the carpet is generally "dry" and back to normal in the cleaning process. Therefore, because there is no hot water used in the cleaning process, there is not concerns that in time the carpet/rug will begin to fade or shrink. Needless to say, like another reviewer mentioned this business was originally Country Cleaners who were amazing! Country Cleaners are who cleaned this runner in the past and did a fantastic job let alone charged me $10 less. Very sad that Country Cleaners built up an incredible reputation and these current owners seem to be trying their hardest to ruin it. I am a customer of Vicky dry cleaners since a year . Recently, I gave a dress with embellishments, 'excellent condition, no flaws only used once', for dry cleaning. When I went to pick up the dress after dry clean, I noticed that a stone is missing. There is some white material on the sleeves and the fabric felt worn out. The lady on the shop said that it is the fabric that is causing it and not their fault. I asked her if I can submit a compliant bc I am not satisfied with the service received. AVOID THIS DRY CLEANERS 3 different situations 1. I dropped off my suits and dress shirts totaling about $50 she asks me pay now or when you pick up. I said sure I'll pay now. Paid left and came back to pick up and a different lady was giving me attitude saying I needed to pay and I didn't pay. Had to pull up my banking app to show that I paid the full amount. 2. I take them 2 suit pants that needed to be stitched cause there was multiple holes in each of them. 3 holes right next to each other. I drop it off come back to see out of the 3 holes that were right next to each other they only stitched one. When I asked why? She told me I didn't tell her about the other ones. THEY ARE RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER IT IS COMMON SENSE. They will do anything to take your money, do as less work as they can and send you away with attitude. 3. I bring them 3 suit jackets and 3 suit pants all 3 matching each other's colors. They have a special for a suit dry cleaning $10 for jacket and pants. When I come back thinking that it's going to be $30 for 3 suits she gives me attitude and tells me you didn't tell me they were suits. WHAT? Do I really have to tell you that they are suits when they are matching colored suit jacket and pants? They charged me $8 for each jacket $4 for each pant and gave me attitude once again. Seriously one of the worst customer service, if any at all ! I walked in early in the morning and was calling for help. I saw a man in the very back of the store and he saw me. Didn't even bother talking to me or coming to the front to see what I needed. I waited for 5 min to see if he would at least come up and perhaps he must've been busy. Nope ! He saw me twice and didn't do anything or talk. This place is terrible ! I honestly do not know how they keep their business with this kind of customer neglect ! I used to frequent these cleaners when they were called country cleaners. They were efficient, had fair prices and we're very nice people. I had recently taken in two shirts and two sweatpants to be altered by them. When I came back for the shirts, which was a few days after they were promised to be ready, the seamstress had barely began to work on them. I took the sweatpants with me and because it was summer I did not try them on until a few days ago. One of them was not altered correctly. When I brought it back today the rude lady at the front said she could not guarantee that I wouldn't be charged again. When I told her that it was unfair of them to charge me twice ($25 per sweatpants) for the job they had not done correctly in the first place she accused me of lying saying that I probably did not bring these sweatpants to them in the first place. She then refused to give me the owner's information and refused to take the sweatpants. I highly recommend you do not patronize this establishment as they are unfair, rude, and disrespectful to their customers. I will never again patronize this establishment! read more

Well first they shrunk his dress shirt how does that happen, and now they lost his pants it's unbelievable and the girl who took his information said they might have taken his information wrong. Three times now that i have taken my things here and they mess it up and i just dealt with it because I had to leave right away with the clothes i took. They broke my zipper on the pants, ruined the crease lines on my shirt, and i asked them to hem the pants to my size and i camr back and it was unchanged. No hemming done at all even though i requested it and the guy said hed get the measurments to the lady in charge of that. This place is garbage and i wont trust it anymore.
