Dates seemed to change depending on who I spoke to, which didn't give me much confidence in their reliability. On top of that, the overall tone from customer service felt rushed and uninterested, like they didn't really care about earning my business. In the end, I decided to go with another company that was more transparent and professional. Based on this experience alone, I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting them with an actual move.

Thanks to our old rescue pup, the rugs were pet stained and I was getting ready to take them to the dump but thought I'd see if we could get them cleaned first.
