Bread..freshly baked...filling the streets with its wonderful scents...count me in!
It was not my intention to stop at Crustum as I was on my way to a local market, but the scent of fresh bread sucked me in. Not the largest shop, but an easy one for a grab and go scenario, which was right down my alley at that moment. English was a little rough, but getting what we needed was simple with the old point and pay system. The bread itself is your typical bunch that you would expect to find at most bakeries (With a few added extras), but what makes Crustum a tad different is the art of their bread. A lot of it has beautiful designs baked into them, while this will not sell me completely, it does add a nice touch. As for the pricing, very affordable as it is not located right downtown, so more of a locals pricing than anything. As for the flavors of the bread I bought (No clue of the name), it was quite good!
Easily could chalk this up as a hotspot to hit if I lived or visited Seville again! read more
