Back when this was still new in Shang and when I was still working in Ortigas, my officemate friends and I tried it, and it did not disappoint. I love their sauteed prawns with chili and basil. Their sauteed prawns with olive oil and garlic are a winner, too, but I'm really partial to basil. And I also like the chili for the shrimp to have some kick.
What I'm still not able to try, though, are their crabs, which they are also well-known for. They serve the two kinds of famous crabs in Singapore, black pepper and chili. They also have Szechuan crab, Thai crab, and more - definitely crabs cooked in different ways from around the world.
They also have lobster, but the priciest item in their menu is the sea mantis, which is over P1,500. Those who are curious and have the budget can try this. As for me, I'm quite happy with their shrimp already.
They also have fish like lapu-lapu, among others. My favorite is the crispy catfish, especially the one with mango sauce - the sweetness goes nicely with the fish.
They have Asian desserts too. We tried the sticky rice with mango, and I would recommend it. read more
