The bracket is loose and seems improperly shaped - I don't know how it ever could have worked. They have competitive pricing, technical expertise and outstanding customer service. We have an older home that has had multiple additions. Installing a heating and air conditioning system would be a challenge. The system should be current technology, energy efficient, environmentally friendly & long lasting. It should maintain the physical integrity and appearance of our home. All this should be provided by a company that honors its commitment and has great communication and service. I am thrilled that Reyes Heating and Air was able to provide all of this with a 5 star rating! We can look forward to years of excellent service from a professional and ethical company that will deliver on their agreements.

I posted asking for help on my local Facebook page and got dozens of responses…read more I ended up reaching out to Udiel from Reyes Heating and Air, who had made a surprising and generous offer on my original post -- to replace my water heater at no cost. I'll admit, I was skeptical at first but after speaking with him on the phone and learning more about his experience and heart behind the offer, I decided to have him come take a look, hoping maybe it was something simple. Udiel and his young assistant (who had the best smile -- I'm sorry I don't remember his name!) arrived promptly and got right to work. After assessing everything, he explained that a leak in the heater was keeping the pilot light from staying lit, even after relighting. Since the unit was installed in 2010, replacement made the most sense. I accepted his offer -- gratefully. The installation took a few hours, and there were a few hiccups removing the old unit, but they handled everything calmly and professionally. I now have a brand-new water heater with a warranty -- and hot showers again! Udiel has nearly 30 years of plumbing experience, but what stood out to me even more than his skill is his character. He showed compassion for my situation as a single mom laid off in October. He believes in karma and giving back -- locally and to Guatemala, where he's originally from -- and more than most people, he lives that belief through action. He helped me when I had no money and no hot water and that's something I won't ever forget. Kindness matters. Acts like his restore my faith in humanity and remind me that we really need each other. Doing good feels good -- on both sides of the exchange -- and I fully intend to pay this forward. I hope we all continue to look for small (or big) ways to do the same. I wholeheartedly stand behind his work. He is an excellent plumber and a genuinely good human. Looked over 3 highly rated companies on Yelp for an estimate. All I was looking for was an estimate. Contacted the first two companies. With both, a unexperienced office person answered and both could not give me the estimate I was looking for. Both required a technician to physically check the unit at a cost. It seemed I had no choice but make an appointment with each. Frustrated on knowing I'm going to be paying someone for not fixing the furnace, I contacted Adams Heating to see what they had to offer. Right away, I got a response from the owner in directing me to his tech (Josh). After discussing my situation with him, I cancelled my previous two appointments and made one with Adams. What was the difference??? Simply put ...Integrity and old school values! Josh was honest in his communication and gave me what I exactly wanted, that of an estimate. The problem turned out to be the capacitor and was replaced quickly at a very reasonable price. Throughout the replacement, Josh gave me an quick oversite of the furnace itself which was educating. Should I need any furnace repair in the future, I without any hesitation, will contact Adams once again!

When I was offered another appointment, I asked whether they could provide a smaller arrival window since I had already spent four hours waiting for an appointment that had been scheduled incorrectly. They were not able to offer one. What was most disappointing was how the scheduling error was handled. I spoke with the same person who had originally scheduled the appointment, but there was no acknowledgment that the appointment had been entered for the wrong day and no apology. I was told they understood that the situation was frustrating, but that felt very different from taking responsibility for the mistake. I understand that scheduling errors happen. What mattered to me was how the error was handled once it was discovered, and unfortunately the response did not give me confidence in scheduling another appointment.

Super disappointed with the quality of service and the additional ~$3,500 dollar damage left behind…read moreafter Jazz Home services installed a new furnace in our home. The repair team scratched the stairwell and stair rail, and they left the house very dirty. Our wash basin was also damaged in the process (picture attached). They came back and said all the issues were fixed - but the wash basin remained damaged. I let it go. A month later, our functioning AC broke and stopped working in the summer. We had another vendor install a new AC Cooling coil. Through their inspection, they found that the plastic condensate drain pan of the older AC system was cracked and broken, leading to water dripping onto the new furnace. According to their assessment, it appears that this damage could've only occurred during the installation of the new furnace. We identified a few open items and visible damages right after installation with Jazz home services and we let the broken wash basin go (Repair cost $1,000). The broken drain pan was not visible when they left and this breakage ended up costing an additional $2,500. I attempted to reach out but no response. This was totally unprofessional, resulting in poor quality service overall that ultimately cost us more headaches and additional damages that we had to fix and pay for.
